The World Aerobics Championships is the most representative and largest competitive sport event in aerobics today,based on strict competition rules and rigorous scoring system,which makes the competition results objective.Based on the development of competitive aerobics,this paper uses literature,video analysis,mathematical statistics,and expert interviews to study the development of competitive aerobics in recent years,the evolution of international rules as the starting point,and the technical characteristics of the difficulty movements of the 16th Aerobics World Championship.This paper investigates the differences of the competitive aerobics program,the characteristics of the use of difficulty layout,the types of difficulty combination connection and the risk factors of difficulty movements in the set.This paper discusses and summarizes the corresponding recommendations for the 16th World Championships in aerobics,and makes theoretical refinement of scientific training principles,training contents,training methods and means.The results of the study showed that:1.The selection ratio of the four difficulty groups(A,B,C,D)of the winning set of the collective event in the final of the 16th World Championships in aerobics tends to be consistent,showing the structural characteristics of 3:1:5:1.The results of the study show that: in the selection of the A group difficulty group,the high value of the spinning leg type difficulty is used more frequently in the triple gymnastics program,especially in the men’s combination program;in the B group difficulty reflects the gender differences,the mixed gender program will consider the athletic ability of female athletes and give priority to the "support group" difficulty.The male and female athletes’ combined projects,especially those with a dominant proportion of female athletes,give priority to the "acute support group" difficulty,while the male combination gives priority to the "horizontal support group" difficulty which has a higher score and can show the athletic ability;the difficulty of Group C in each project is too single.The selection of the root life group is too single,and the selected difficult movements are mainly concentrated in Cossack,bending body jump and longitudinal split-leg jump,and the phenomenon of repetition of body aerial posture exists to different degrees in each individual event.2.In the 16th World Championships,the unstable characteristics of the pentathlon event were still not solved from the perspective of choosing the difficulty score and the completion rate.In modern sports competition,the competition is increasingly fierce,and in competitive aerobics,high quality completion of difficult movements with high scores is the key to excellent athletic performance.The difficulty scores chosen for mixed pairs and triple gymnastics are mainly concentrated in the 0.6-0.8 range,while the frequency of difficult movements with a score of 0.5 is relatively higher in five gymnastics compared to mixed pairs and triple gymnastics.The research results show that the completion rate of five-man gymnastics in the winning set is the lowest,93.06%;the completion rate of mixed doubles and three-man gymnastics is the same,both reaching 98.62%.Five-man gymnastics is an item that shows the competitive strength of each country,and because of the large number of people,the athletes are required to have the same competitive ability and cooperation ability,therefore,the completion of difficult movements is easy to appear relatively unstable characteristics,which is also due to the characteristics of five-man gymnastics.3.In the 16th World Championships,the combination form of the difficult action connection tends to be consistent and lacks diversity.The three collective events of mixed pairs,triple gymnastics and quintuple gymnastics showed a trend of C+C as the main difficulty combination and C+A as a supplement in the two connection types,and the difficulty combination of three connection types was mainly C+C+A connection type.We also found that the combination form of the difficulty action connection: the three collective projects generally use the combination form of difficulty and difficulty connection,while the combination form of skill and difficulty connection is less used,the teams choose the difficulty combination connection type tends to be the same,lack of diversity,too single.4.The 16th World Championships,five people gymnastics using the lowest risk factor of difficulty,so as to ensure the stability and consistency of the completion of the set.The competitive aerobics program is a risky sport,how to reduce the risk is the key to achieve excellent sports performance,the research results show that: the highest proportion of risk in the set of difficult movements,the difficulty score is directly proportional to the degree of risk,and the difficulty score is significantly correlated with the final score;the 16th World Championships of aerobics in the collective event,the use of the lowest risk coefficient of difficulty is five people gymnastics,to medium and low risk level difficulty movements.Low risk level difficulty movements are mainly used,but lack of competition competitiveness.5.Reasonable layout of difficulty movements is the key to reduce the competition risk factor.Difficulty combination and athletes’ physical fitness,physical quality,technical level,research shows that: the collective project are two connection difficulty combination with high risk level,three connection difficulty combination layout in the first 1/3 sets,medium risk difficulty combination layout in the middle 1/3 sets,low risk difficulty combination layout in the last 1/3 sets.In this way to ensure high quality to complete the difficult combination of action.
