Since1995, the World Aerobics Championship has been held for14sessions. With the rapid development and continuous improvement of aerobicsprograms, competitive gymnastics regulations are also continuing to improve.Competitive Aerobics for the men’s singles has made an unprecedented developmentsince it was included in the official athletic aerobics event, so that the Sport Aerobics’Male Single project became the highest level on behalf of Competitive Aerobicsproject. Competitive Aerobics program in China started relatively late compared toEuropean and American countries and some Asian countries. Over the years, ourChinese competitive aerobics athletes have experienced workouts and the baptism ofvarious domestic and international aerobics competitions, also with years ofexploration and research, which makes China’s Competitive Aerobics aninternational team standing within the world’s strong teams from the very beginningin the international arena as an unknown team. This paper will analyze the difficultyof the actions performed by the athletes and their physical fitness in the2013NationalAerobics Championship elite group of men’s single final operation. This is the firstyear the FIG Sports Aerobics in2013-----2016to implement the rules of the newcycle, in order to provide strong theoretical basis and guidance to the future athlete’sselection, training, competition, difficulty of set choreography and other programsrelated to Competitive Aerobics.In this paper, the methods of literature, expert interview, mathematical statistics,and comparative analysis are used. This paper studies the movement difficultyperformed by the athletes and their physical fitness of the elite group of men’s singlefinals in2013National Aerobics Championship, and analyzes, organizes and refinesthem. On these bases, this paper makes profound studies on the critical factors of themen’s single item finals’ win.Conclusions of this research are as follows:1: The complete choreography of each team is in accordance with the law torestore the body’s fatigue and follows the changes in the characteristics of the human physical structure. At the same time, the important indicator of performance is stillthe difficulty, which determines the final level of score during the competition.2: Set movement of competitive aerobics is a key factor to determine whetherthe athletes can get the best scores, and the ability to perform complete set movementis based on a comprehensive and balanced physique. Therefore, the selection ofathletes needs to be more systematic and scientific.3: The difficult movements of the complete set movement are in line with theregular patterns and characteristics of the athletes themselves. The selection ofdifficult movements of the finalist teams is in equilibrium in a whole, but from theanalysis of different spatial variation, the variation did not show their balance ofspatial transformation, and a few use of difficult movement of group B.4: Athletes’ basic quality and special qualities of each group play a determinaterole in the selection of difficult movement, scores, and the stability of difficulty. So itis needed to strengthen the balanced development of athlete’s physique, so thatathletes and coaches will have more choices in selection of the difficulty of completeset movement.5: Competitive Aerobics athletes also need to note the trends of the difficultywhile in the development of routine physical fitness and special fitness.
