Trends In The Choreography Of The Difficult Movements Of Group C In The Complete Sets Of Competitive Aerobics

Based on literature,expert interview,video analysis and mathematical statistics,this paper takes the video data of the top eight teams in each final of the 15 th World Aerobics Championships as the research object,and makes a quantitative analysis of the number,score,root group type,difficulty combination,time distribution and completion quality of the top eight teams in C final of the 15 th World Aerobics Championships.Further explore the development trend of C group difficulty movement arrangement.The study concluded that:1.from the difficulty selection aspect: C group difficulty movement is still the main difficulty arranged in the complete set movement,in the single person and the collective project high difficulty movement level 0.7-0.8 score C group difficulty movement is the complete set arrangement first choice.As a whole,the choice of difficulty score is "steady and high ",and the C group of difficulty movements with a score of 0.9-1.0 is " cautious ".2.from the point of view of difficulty root group: C group of difficulty movement root group in the arrangement of more serious imbalance.The flexion jump group,the shear transformation jump group and the split leg jump group are the root life groups with the highest frequency in the single and collective project sets,while the horizontal jump group and the shear kick group root life group are "no one cares" in the complete set of movements.3.from the difficulty combination aspect: C group difficulty combination movement before and after difficulty score is in the form of "before low after high" form,the main arrangement C C?C C A form,difficulty combination movement three connection will be the trend of complete arrangement;skill movement and difficulty movement connection will be the highlight of complete arrangement,the most form of arrangement arrangement is skill C A,but the difficulty combination of skill movement participation only use hand flip and loop,skill movement application is relatively single.The difficulty combination movement in the space use jump station jump drop space change arrangement is the most,displays the 3D three-dimensional space transformation has the diversity and the complexity arrangement characteristic.4.from the difficulty distribution aspect: C group difficulty movement and C group difficulty combination movement in the complete set movement distribution characteristic is the front section > the middle section,the rear section,the competitive aerobics item is the big intensity movement which is mainly based on the glycolysis function,in order to guarantee the perfect completion quality,puts the C group difficulty movement in the athlete's physical level still high front section and the middle section is the inevitable development trend of the arrangement.5.from the point of view of difficulty completion quality: C group of difficulty movements arranged in the complete set of movement points are mainly reflected in the stolen rotation,feet when landing two feet apart,into push-ups when landing feet apart and other small errors and errors caused by the reduction.And it shows that there are still some deduction factors in the completion of C group's difficulty movements.In the case of fully considering the characteristics of athletes and the minimum completion standard of difficulty,the difficulty movements should be arranged reasonably.
