| In rugby sevens matches, the vast majority of team play and tactical implementation requires passing. To win the game requires good passes to break the opponent’s defence, thus improving the overall team’s offensive efficiency. Therefore, having the stable passing efficiency and controlling the pace of the match are the key to the touchdown, the main cornerstone of the team cohesion, and the winning factor of rugby victory. At the same time, interval training is a good medicine for the fierce confrontation and high physical fitness consumption, which can make the training closer to the real game scene, more in line with the characteristics and game rules of rugby events, and has a positive impact on the stability of rugby player’s passing.Using experimental method, documentary method, expert interviews and mathematical statistics method, this reasonably divided 20 professional athletes from Tianjin men’s rugby team into the experimental group(high-intensity interval training)and the control group(intensive interval training). With different intensity of intermittent training method for the eight weeks of test, test data at the same time, using Excel,SPSS and the other software. The various indicators before and after the two groups of experiments were compared, and the effects of the two interval training methods on the stability of rugby players’ passing were analyzed, providing reference for the training of rugby players’ passing stability. The experimental conclusions:(1)Based on the analysis of test data and actual matches as a reference, two different interval training methods can improve the passing stability of rugby players. The difference is that the effect of high-strength interval training is better than that of intensive interval training;(2)Intensive interval training has a more significant effect on improving the stability of rugby players’ mid distance passes, and it is significantly better than high-intensity interval training in the opposite direction passes of rugby players;(3)High intensity interval training is more significant for football players to improve the stability of long-distance,different passing directions and longitudinal follow-up up pass; From the analysis of different combination methods,high-strength interval training is superior to intensive interval training in both running pass and post match pass;(4)It is recommended that rugby players add high-intensity interval training before passing practice. |
