| In recent years,China’s digital development is advancing rapidly,and the construction of digital infrastructure has achieved remarkable results."Internet +intelligent terminal equipment" has gradually become an indispensable part of individuals’ work and life.At the same time,the reform and innovation of education has also successfully caught the fast lane of the development of information technology.In this study,the online learning platform "Rain Class" is used to conduct action research on online and offline blended teaching,and to construct an online and offline blended teaching model for junior physical education courses,so as to improve students’ interest and initiative in learning and cultivate their awareness of active learning,so as to better improve school physical education classroom teaching.This paper mainly adopts the action research method.The main methods of collecting data in the research process include literature,questionnaire,logical analysis and interview.After two months of action research,through the learning situation of the rain classroom teaching platform,multiple questionnaire surveys,interviews between teachers and students and the author’s observation and research,we understand the actual effect of the application of the online and offline blended teaching mode in junior high school physical education,and even the immersive experience of students in the online and offline blended teaching mode.Finally,the following conclusions are reached:1.It is feasible to apply the online-offline mixed teaching model to junior high school physical educationWith the extensive application of information technology in education and teaching,students are attracted by intelligent learning methods.Based on the online learning tool "Rain Class",this paper integrates the advantages of traditional teaching media and mobile terminal devices to make up for their weaknesses.This not only brings efficient learning resources for students,but also improves the learning efficiency of class through timely feedback,so that teachers can provide targeted guidance to students more accurately.Through question introduction,group inquiry,group assessment and other ways,maximize students’ role as the main body.2.The application strategy of online-offline mixed teaching mode in junior middle school physical education is effectiveAfter three rounds of action research,it is found that compared with the traditional teaching mode,this online and offline mixed teaching mode has shown a good development trend in students’ learning interest,independent learning ability and cooperative exploration ability.It significantly improves students’ initiative and enthusiasm in sports learning,improves classroom learning effect,and promotes students’ personalized development.Provide students with a variety of learning methods.3.The action research of online and offline blended teaching mode is helpful to promote the growth of "research-oriented teachers"Action research,based on teachers’ practical experience,constantly finds and solves problems through the cyclic process of planning-action-observation-reflection.This research method is helpful for teachers to reflect on the actual teaching and revise the teaching process,so as to improve the teaching quality.By using action research,teachers can timely reflect on the deficiencies in the teaching process and make changes,promote teachers’ thinking on teaching and improve their teaching research ability. |
