| In recent years,under the influence of information technology,education is accelerating the modernization process.At the same time,the epidemic and natural disaster background offline education has received widespread attention.According to Geography Curriculum Standards for Compulsory Education(2022 Edition),teachers should combine traditional geography teaching means with modern educational technology means.Therefore,the integration of information technology and geography education becomes an inevitable trend of geography teaching.Online and offline blended teaching mode is to effectively integrate traditional offline teaching and online teaching,which can not only retain the advantages of offline classroom teaching,but also better develop and use online teaching resources.This teaching mode has positive significance for guiding geography teaching in junior middle schools under the background of epidemic and natural disaster.By sorting out the connotation of blended teaching model and related theories,this study investigated geography teachers in Shulan City,Jilin City,Jilin Province,and students of a junior middle school in Shulan City,Jilin Province,to understand teachers’ online teaching,their views on the application of blended teaching model in junior middle school geography teaching,and students’ learning efficiency during online learning.It is found that there are some problems in online teaching,such as students’ poor learning autonomy,high dependence of online classroom on network,insufficient development of teaching resources,and teaching methods to be improved.Based on the survey results,this study analyzes the importance of applying the combination of online and offline teaching in junior middle school geography.Combined with the characteristics,learning situation,teaching objectives and teaching contents of junior middle school geography,the study analyzes the feasibility of blended teaching mode in junior middle school geography teaching.The application principle of blended teaching is put forward.Based on the combination of online and offline teaching,effective teaching strategies are proposed.According to the teaching strategy,two sections of teaching content are selected to design and implement the teaching process,and the implementation results are analyzed and evaluated,and the implementation suggestions are put forward.This study holds that: the combination of online and offline blended teaching mode is feasible and operable in junior middle school geography teaching;blended teaching mode can improve students’ autonomous learning ability;it has a positive effect on geography teaching and provides reference for the development of junior middle school geography teaching.There is no fixed model of blended teaching mode,and the design and implementation of the teaching mode should be combined with the actual situation.However,offline teaching should be the main,online teaching should be supplemented,and the advantages of online teaching and offline teaching should be brought into play,so as to improve the teaching efficiency. |
