| In the context of the rapid development of the "Internet+" information era,the educational environment is gradually intelligent,digital and personalized.Universities in China are paying more and more attention to combining information technology with education.In order to create an educational environment where everyone can achieve and develop their talents,the flipped classroom has been created because of the need to enhance the original innovation ability of students and to promote education with the development of the new era.The flipped classroom is a product derived from the modern education concept and education technology,while fitness qigong,as an art course in domestic colleges and universities,is bound by the traditional education ideology,and there are still problems such as low class time,low class rate,lack of professional teachers,and unreasonable teaching methods,etc.Many problems make its development reach a bottleneck and cause certain obstacles to students’ enthusiasm in learning fitness qigong.In order to overcome the above barriers and realize the requirement of the Ministry of Education that the development of discipline construction is the root of education development.In this study,the experiment of the effect of flipped classroom in the teaching of fitness qigong in colleges and universities is used to explore the learning effect of students in the flipped classroom in the teaching of fitness qigong in colleges and universities,and the literature method,expert interview method,experimental method,mathematical and statistical method and logical analysis method are used to introduce the flipped classroom into the teaching of fitness qigong.The data of these indicators,such as students’ shoulder rotation test,prone back extension,seated forward bending,one-legged closed-eye station,interest in fitness qigong learning,students’ independent learning ability and theoretical knowledge mastery,were collected,compared and analyzed to lay the foundation for better development of fitness qigong in domestic universities,and finally the following conclusions were drawn:(1)the application of the flipped classroom teaching model is not only beneficial to the cultivation of students’ learning ability,but also to the cultivation of students’ lifelong physical education ideology from a cultural perspective;(2)The quality of teachers’ work is an important factor affecting students’ learning effectiveness;(3)The teaching effect of fitness qigong under the flipped classroom teaching mode is better than that of the traditional teaching mode,which provides ideas for solving some difficulties existing in the current teaching of fitness qigong;(4)Although the application of flipped classroom teaching mode in fitness qigong teaching has certain feasibility,it does not mean that flipped classroom can completely replace traditional teaching,and it should be selectively incorporated according to many factors.The following recommendations are made based on the findings of the study:(1)Promote the deep integration between traditional national culture and university education,promote and introduce advanced teaching methods,and enrich and improve the path of integration between the two;(2)Teachers should strengthen the correct guidance for students and promote their healthy physical and mental development;(3)Reasonable teaching design can strengthen students’ perception of their own learning effects;(4)Dialectically look at the relationship between flipped classroom and traditional classroom,and further seek to change the traditional teaching mode and achieve teaching innovation. |
