| As a systematic project,education shoulders the mission of cultivating future new citizens of society,which requires collaborative education among family,school and society,and the cooperation between home and school is particularly important among the three.Close and efficient cooperation between home and school is conducive to giving full play to the advantages of family and school education and creating a good education environment for the growth of students.It will lay a solid foundation for the healthy and all-round development of children.The cultivation of self-management ability is the cornerstone of individual growth and lifelong development,as well as the catalyst to promote social harmony.Middle grade students in primary schools are in the critical period of the cultivation of self-management ability.Fully carrying out home-school cooperation to promote the cultivation of their ability is of great significance and irreplaceable role for their lifelong development.After time precipitation,home-school cooperation has developed a very broad theoretical basis,such as social capital theory,system ecology theory,overlapping influence threshold theory,responsibility dispersion theory,etc.,which provides the basis and ideas for the construction of ecological,healthy,harmonious and dynamic home-school cooperation relationship from different perspectives and levels.On the basis of rich theories,this study follows the principle of subjectivity,equality and win-win of home-school cooperation.Taking five primary schools in Q City of Anhui Province as examples,this study adopts questionnaire survey and interview methods to investigate the current situation of home-school cooperation in cultivating pupils’ self-management ability.Through investigation and analysis of data,the causes behind the problems are attributed.To re-establish a new type of home-school partnership.In addition to the conclusion,references,appendices and postscript,the text of this thesis is divided into five parts:The first part is the introduction,which introduces the question,research significance,definition of core concepts,literature review,research objectives and innovation points,research ideas,methods and content,as well as key and difficult points.In the second part,theories and principles of home-school cooperation on the cultivation of pupils’ autonomous management ability are mainly introduced,including how to carry out home-school cooperation from the perspectives of social capital theory,system ecology theory,overlapping influence threshold theory and responsibility dispersion theory,and the principles of home-school cooperation,which lays a solid theoretical foundation for the strategy part.The third part is the investigation of home-school cooperation in the cultivation of pupils’ self-management ability.It mainly introduces the design and implementation of the investigation and the analysis of the current situation of home-school cooperation in the cultivation of pupils’ self-management ability.The fourth part analyses the problems and causes of home-school cooperation in the cultivation of pupils’ self-management ability.This part aims to conduct data analysis around the results of the questionnaire,so as to summarize the status quo and influencing factors of home-school cooperation in the cultivation of primary school students’ self-management ability.Based on the survey data and interviews,this part focuses on the analysis of six main problems existing in home-school cooperation in cultivating pupils’ self-management ability: unclear home-school cooperation;The boundary of home-school cooperation responsibility is blurred;Parents "only wisdom is lift",home-school cooperation goal deviation;The content of home-school communication is one-sidedness and selectivity;The contradiction between the immobilized content of home-school cooperation and the personalized needs of parents;The home-school cooperation mode is single,the cooperation frequency is low,the lack of timeliness.The main factors affecting the cultivation of pupils’ self-management ability are as follows: the low quality of parents themselves hinders the effective development of home-school cooperation;Teachers lack of professional quality,home-school cooperation skills are low;The possession of educational resources in schools is not balanced;School management system is not perfect,lack of adequate system and organization and other safeguards.The fifth part is the home-school cooperative strategy of cultivating students’ self-management ability.This part mainly aims at the problems arising from home-school cooperation and puts forward relevant strategies and suggestions from the three levels of parents,teachers and schools: follow the cooperation principle of equal communication and cultivate the sense of cooperation;Clear their own responsibilities,face up to the particularity of education;To change the thought of "valuing wisdom and undervaluing morality" and set up correct training objectives;Attach importance to parent-child activities,combine social education,pay attention to practice education;Set up the correct view of growth education,pay attention to value orientation and ability education;Consider the differentiated needs of different families to enhance the driving force of parents’ participation in cooperation;Improve the way of home-school cooperation to stimulate the motivation of parents to participate in cooperation;Strengthen related topics,pay attention to the power of scientific research;Increase the manpower and financial input of home-school cooperation;Adjust the home-school cooperation evaluation system to guarantee the time-limit of home-school cooperation;Compiling home-school cooperation manual to strengthen family education guidance;Establish a home-school cooperation platform to ensure parents’ deep participation in home-school cooperation.The cultivation of primary school students’ autonomous management ability is a comprehensive and long-term project,which not only needs students’ attention,but also needs the guidance and cooperation of the school,parents and society.Only through the joint efforts of the family and school can the cultivation of primary school students’ autonomous management ability be systematically,continuously and comprehensively promoted,and the maximum strength of cooperative education be exerted together.In order to really promote the
