In addition to playing a key role in their basic learning ability development,the cultivation of attention in low-grade primary school students also plays the foundation for their lifelong efficient learning and development.Therefore,domestic and foreign countries have carried out a large number of studies on attention training for primary school students.What is worthy of notifying is that previous studies have mostly taken systematic training programs and specialized series of courses to pay attention to the cultivation of students’ attention,but many practical difficulties of this approach are found to exist in normalized teaching.Through the transformation of the current traditional attention courses or professional training to flexible and short-range teaching links such as "three minutes before class" for in-depth development,students’ normalized attention training can be better conducted,and their classroom attention can be flexibly enhanced,so the psychological foundation can be laid for the creation of an efficient learning classroom.Unlike most previous studies attaching importance to the design of three minutes before class for the cultivation of students’ academic literacy,the "ladder orientation" is taken as the architecture,the mindfulness training and sensory channel training are taken as the basis,the plan of three minutes before class for improving the attention of lowgrade primary school students under the game-based theory is focused on.The influencing factors of classroom attention of primary school students in grade one are analyzed,a "ladder orientation" design scheme is constructed in a targeted way.In this plan,it contains four parts forming a progressive ladder,the design of the content of each part is also carried out in a progressive manner,and the difficulty of game activities is gradually increased.The following aspects are the main components of the ladder:(1)The mindfulness bell is used as a reminder tone in the activity preparation stage to help students prepare well before class;(2)The partial mindfulness training is used to allow students to focus on themselves in the task switching stage,which can also allow students to greet classroom learning in a peaceful state in addition to training their attention;(3)The attention training is conducted on different sensory channels in the simple training stage,in which the movement imitation training,visual training,and auditory training are included;(4)The game activities add "mnemonic" tasks based on simple training in the multidimensional training stage,including memory training and comprehensive training,in which the completion of the activity requires multi-sensory participation.For the purpose of verifying the effectiveness of the "ladder orientation" design,the educational experiments are carried out in this research.In accordance with the research,it is indicated that the "ladder orientation" design of three minutes before class is able to improve students’ readiness status in an effective way,reduce inattentive behavior of students from Grade One in the classroom,and correspondingly strengthen their attention stability.In practical applications,"ladder orientation" has the advantages of enriching teaching design,facilitating teachers’ operation,and playing a promotion role in the development of teaching.Therefore,the strong operability and popularization of this design scheme are embodied in actual education and teaching.Besides,the reference can be provided for primary school educators in teaching design and application.
