Research On The Role Construction Of Medical Social Work Interns From The Perspective Of Role Theor

Under the background of the national strategy of "Healthy China",the health awareness and healthy lifestyle behavior of the whole people have been continuously improved.As a professional professional activity committed to preventing,alleviating and improving medical social problems and enhancing doctor-patient communication,medical social work is still in its infancy in terms of policy guarantee,talent team construction,specialization and professionalism.The level of development in China is low and is still in its infancy,and the development of all aspects needs to be further advanced.Shanghai has a high level of medical social work development,and in recent years has gradually become an excellent representative of the Chinese mainland medical social work field,so social work students from many universities have also begun to enter the hospital for internship.Taking the medical social work master’s degree interns in colleges and universities in Shanghai as the main research object,taking the internship process of medical social work students as the main research line,and adopting the method of qualitative research,this paper finds that in the process of internship,the internship is full of role expectations in the early stage,the role imbalance occurs in the middle stage,and the role construction is realized in the later stage.Then,the reasons for the two role changes are analyzed mainly from the two aspects of the students themselves and the external environment.Based on this,this paper proposes countermeasures for the role construction of social work interns: first,role support;second,role learning;Third,role recognition;Fourth,role positioning;Fifth,role debugging.By reflecting on the reasons for the evolution of the roles of existing medical social work students in internship services,and exploring relevant countermeasures to promote the role construction of medical social work students,we will strive to promote the talent training and internship development of medical social work.
