potential advantages.It makes full use of the huge potential momentum of data,holds the advantages of digital technology,deeply integrates with the current real economy,creates digital empowerment,and enables the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries.As an important connotation of our country’s economic and social development,sports industry has stepped into the digital process in recent years with the in-depth application of digital technologies such as Internet and cloud computing in various fields of sports industry.Under the era vision dedicated to building a world famous sports city,sports industry has become an important connotation of the industrial structure in Shanghai.Digital sports industry is an important pillar in the development of Chinese sports industry.Shanghai,as an economic center,is also an international metropolis,and the digital sports industry plays an indispensable role.To explore and discover the current situation of the development of digital sports industry in Shanghai,as well as the prominent problems exposed in the rapid development of the digital sports industry in Shanghai,so as to clear the development obstacles of the digital sports industry in Shanghai.Under the background of the construction of digital China,it can not only promote the healthy development of the sports industry in Shanghai.It is also an important measure to improve the development of digital sports in the whole country.This study adopts the method of literature,logical analysis,questionnaire investigation,interview,case analysis and mathematical statistics to investigate the development status of Shanghai digital sports industry,and to find out the prominent problems existing in the representative emerging formats in the development process,and to make a qualitative and quantitative analysis of their causes.Based on this,a reasonable and effective optimization strategy is proposed.The main findings are as follows:First,from the perspective of policy driving,the national level strongly encourages the application of digital technology in various industrial fields to develop digital economy,and various departments of the Shanghai Municipal government also support the digital upgrading of various industries,especially the digital transformation of sports in Shanghai has made a clear plan.Ii.The development of various forms of digital sports industry in Shanghai is accelerating day by day.Among them,the e-sports industry is developing rapidly in the digital sports competition performance industry.In the digital sports media and information service industry of Shanghai,digital technology extends more sports media functions and speeds up the dissemination of sports information.In the digital sports fitness leisure industry using digital empowerment and sports fitness services and sports fitness facilities;In the digital sports goods manufacturing industry of Shanghai,digital technology is used to lead the transformation and upgrading of major sports enterprises and create more digital intelligent sports products.3.In the process of digital transformation of Shanghai’s sports industry,a series of prominent problems have emerged in the emerging business forms,including the "sub-health" environment for talents in the e-sports industry,the difficulty in effectively protecting the privacy of athletes in the digital age,the protection of the copyright of the broadcast of digital sports events,and the protection of the right of athletes’ portraits in the "second creation" works of sports events.Intelligent fitness industry standards are not sound,poor user satisfaction,digital sports goods innovation and research and development is insufficient,enterprise upgrading and transformation is slow and other problems.Iv.Through the investigation of the current situation of the digital sports industry in Shanghai and the interview of experts in related fields,the main causes of prominent problems in the digital sports industry in Shanghai are constructed,and the causes are quantitatively analyzed through the factor analysis method.It is believed that the main reasons for the problems in the talent environment of the e-sports industry are the unsound training mode,the overheated market,the misunderstanding of social cognition,etc.,and the problem of athlete data information protection is mainly caused by the difficulty for athletes to effectively control personal data information,the difficulty for the actual controller of athlete data to clarify the responsibility and other reasons.The problem of copyright protection of digital sports events is mainly caused by the developed digital technology,the difficulty of infringement regulation of network broadcasting,the strong concealment of stolen broadcasting technology,and the difficulty of supervision.As well as the protection of athletes’ image rights in the "second innovation" works of sports events,the imperfect standards of the smart fitness industry,poor user satisfaction,insufficient innovation and development of digital sports goods,and slow upgrading and transformation of enterprises are all caused by different reasons.5.In view of the prominent problems existing in the development of Shanghai digital sports industry,corresponding optimization strategies are proposed.Optimize the talent environment of e-sports industry and improve the system of e-sports industry;Improve the means to protect athletes’ privacy and defuse the risk of data
