| As a new sports,synchronized fancy rope skipping integrates many fashionable factors such as martial arts,music,dance,etc.it is also a sports activity that takes less time and consumes a lot of energy,and integrates ornamental,entertaining,fitness and competitive.It has played a positive role in the aspects of fitness and entertainment,improving the enthusiasm of learning,promoting physical and mental health,etc.In recent years,the national leaders attach great importance to the physical education work of the school and the physical health of the teenagers.The primary and secondary schools also try to introduce the rope skipping into the campus gradually.Through 12 weeks of fancy rope skipping practice,the students' physical quality has been improved,their physical function has been improved,and their personal charm has also been released,thus enhancing their self-confidence.so this study explored the influence of 12 weeks' synchronized rope skipping exercise on the physical and mental health of girls in primary school,providing theoretical support for the development of the characteristic curriculum of synchronized rope skipping,and promoting synchronized rope skipping better.In this study,80 primary school girls in Grade 5 and grade 6 of Dongsi jiutiao primary school in Dongcheng District of Beijing were tested and investigated,and the data were analyzed.Body shape: there was no significant difference in height and weight of primary school girls in the experimental group before and after the experiment(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in height and weight of primary school girls in the control group(P > 0.05);Physical function: there was a significant difference in the vital capacity of primary school girls in the experimental group(P < 0.01),while there was no significant difference in the control group(P > 0.05).There was a significant difference in the vital capacity between the two groups(P < 0.05);Physical fitness: the primary school girls in the experimental group showed a very significant difference in the indicators of 50 m running,sitting forward bending,oneminute fancy rope skipping,one minute sit ups,50 m × 8 round-trip running(P <0.01).In the control group,there was a significant difference in 50 m × 8 round-trip running index(P < 0.01),and there was a significant difference in 50 m running and one minute sit ups(P < 0.05).Mental health: there were significant differences in all dimensions of physical self-esteem in the experimental group(P < 0.05).There were significant differences in health,appearance,motor skills,physical activity,endurance,coordination,strength,physical value and overall self-esteem circumference among the girls in the control group(P < 0.05).There were no significant differences in the three dimensions of physical attraction,speed and flexibility(P > 0.05).After 12 weeks of fancy rope skipping,there were significant differences in novelty,attention,exploration,pleasure and general interest among girls in the experimental group(P < 0.01),and significant differences in challenge(P < 0.05).Research conclusion: through After 12 weeks of synchronized fancy rope skipping exercise,the height and weight of primary school girls have no significant change;the vital capacity of primary school girls has been improved,the physical function has been improved;the leg muscle explosive force and endurance quality of primary school girls have been significantly improved;through the practice of synchronized rope skipping,the physical group respect level of primary school girls shows a good development trend,which can also be stimulated Primary school girls are interested in practicing synchronized rope skipping. |
