| The "227 Great Unity" event is a typical fan network group conflict event that lasts for a long time,affects a wide range,has many participants,and has great social harm.It is also a typical hot event of new media in recent years.The dining circle is one of the online circles frequently appearing in the "headlines" of social media as the "parties" of group conflicts.It is worth noting that the outbreak of any conflict is not overnight and cannot be isolated from the collective expression of negative emotions,while the source of emotional power comes from the structural accumulation of the macro environment.From this perspective,the outbreak of the "2 · 27" event must exist events fermentation macroeconomic factors and the conditions of the social structure,and the specific social conditions inevitably imply group psychology,mood,emotion and so on psychological influence on group behavior,so the event conflict macro material conditions for formation and conflict can be divided into two phases,It is the macro accumulation before various macro factors accumulate,transform,act and form trigger conditions,and the stage of conflict from outbreak to gradual cooling down.Therefore,Smelser’s value accumulation theory provides a reasonable and clear structural framework for the attribution analysis of network group conflict events.The focus of this study is to analyze the unique propagation path of the outbreak of group conflict in the "feb 27" great unity event from the social psychology and communication level.In this paper,the author combines the observation results of participation in network ethnography with text analysis method,and divides the occurrence path of the event into two levels: the level of participants in the conflict and the external influencing factors of the conflict.On the one hand,based on the theory of the value-added from "227" event to participate in the group of structural elements analysis perspective(see figure 1.3.1)macro environment(i.e.,the Internet environment)cultural pluralism and resource limitation,and virtual network relationships from the reality to the migration of network society has caused the environment change and instability,therefore provides subculture groups conflict with social background;In the continuous cultural exchanges and collisions,subcultural groups with more access to network resources have stronger cultural creation and writing power,and the generation of power ultimately leads to the accumulation of group resentment,and the rise of group negative emotions brings about the awakening of collective participation consciousness.Finally,the behavior of a certain individual or group leads to the outbreak of group conflict.On the other hand,from the perspective of value accumulation theory,having good social control ability can restrain or even avoid the deterioration of conflicts to the greatest extent.However,it is the lack of social control ability that finally leads to the difficulty of controlling "227" event,thus forming a complete closed reaction chain.Therefore,through the six factors model promoting the generation of collective behavior,the propagation path and practical problems caused by network group conflict are analyzed from the perspectives of macro external structural factors and micro internal emotional factors.On this basis,the author puts forward the management strategy of "suiting measures to local conditions and suiting cases" centering on "strengthening traditional control means and introducing soft persuasion and guidance".Through combing and applying smelser’s value accumulation theory and other theoretical achievements in the perspective of the Internet,combined with specific cases,it not only enrichis the research on "meal circle",a typical social network phenomenon,but also adds a new research perspective on network group conflict.At the same time,it also enriches the application research of the early American value accumulation theory in the Internet environment,and provides a realistic basis for the application and development of the theory in the new environment and era background.Secondly,as an important builder of social media ecology,the fan group not only provides a diversified cultural landscape for social networks,but also generates many negative conflicts in the absence of guidance and governance.In addition,considering the increasing number and scale of the fan group,the fan circle has great power.Therefore,the fan group is an important audience group that must be accommodated in the field of communication.Finally,a foothold on the theory of value-added analysis powder circle group conflicts with other fans group behavior is a blend of multiple subjects such as psychology,communications,and sociology in the field of cross research results,so the author believes that the theory from reality to the network view to comprehensive interpretation of groups across spheres of conflict,It can deepen the cross and mutual integration between communication studies and other disciplines,make the discipline theory and practical background better integrated,and realize the sustainable development of the discipline. |
