With the deepening of urbanization and new rural construction,more and more rural women are liberated from the land.Their range of activities also jumped out of the constraints of the family,gradually towards the community.The combination of social and family roles has become an important feature of rural married women workers.In the family,they need to take care of not only the housework but also the old people and children.In a factory,economic income is earned through labor.They play multiple roles in social life,each of which sets different expectations and demands on them personally.However,due to the limited physical strength,ability and energy,the family role and work role of rural women will inevitably conflict.This is very bad for their physical and mental health,but also affects their willingness to participate in social life.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the role conflict of rural married female workers.This study takes 105 rural married female workers in Zibo Z Factory as the research object.Through the methods of questionnaire survey and semi-structured interview,this study goes deep into the reality of the factory to understand the performance and influencing factors of "work family" role conflict of female workers.The survey found that the role conflict of married female workers in the factory is mainly manifested in three aspects: the conflict between ideal and reality,the conflict between time and energy,and the conflict between emotion and behavior.It is also influenced by the factors of enterprise and family.Based on this,this study uses the group work intervention method to establish a "crossing the besieged city" female support group,and organize and carry out 7 group practical activities to help service objects correctly understand their roles and give full play to their benign functions.At the level of group activity scheme design,based on the main content of role theory,from the three aspects of role cognition,role learning and role expectation,help team members enhance role cognition,strengthen role learning and form reasonable role expectation.At the level of practical working methods of the group,psychodrama therapy is selected to make the service objects have a clearer positioning of their own roles through role-playing,monologue and other forms,so as to help team members alleviate role tension and role pressure and improve role adaptability.In the group work evaluation stage,Carlson work family conflict scale was used to measure the performance of group members’ role conflict from three dimensions of time,pressure and behavior,so as to evaluate the effect of group work intervention.Finally,according to the empowerment theory,this paper puts forward improvement suggestions from the three levels of individual,interpersonal and environment,so as to provide support and practical experience for dealing with the role conflict of rural married female workers. |
