| Martin Buber is a famous Austrian religious philosopher,educator and translator.Buber’s philosophy of dialogue is an important part of Buber’s philosophy and the thought system of dialogue philosophy,and is also the most studied and widely used philosophy thought of later generations.The application of Buber’s philosophy of dialogue in the field of education is not balanced,and there are few studies on class management or construction.The theoretical research of class construction lacks the examination and dialectics from different theoretical perspectives and the path of class construction lacks the care or defense of relevant theories.Therefore,it is of great theoretical value and practical significance to study class construction from the perspective of Buber’s philosophy of dialogue.The formation of Buber’s dialogue philosophy is inseparable from the social background and his unique life circumstances.Buber’s dialogue philosophy is based on Kant’s philosophy,Nietzsche’s philosophy and Jewish religious theology,and revolves around relational ontology,forming two kinds of dialogue relations of "I-you" and "I-it",trying to realize the encounter between people.The rationality of the application of Buber’s philosophy of dialogue in class construction can be explained from both internal and external connections.From the perspective of internal relations,Buber’s "I-you" relationship can be regarded as a kind of necessary state of class construction,and "I-it" relationship is just like the actual state of class construction,so as to get the duality of class construction,which is the concrete expression of Buber’s dialogue philosophy to understand the duality of the world.From the external connection point of view,class construction needs to pay attention to the existence and value of "people",need to meet the spirit of the subject of class construction and pay attention to the embodiment of class construction mutuality.Under the guidance of Buber’s dialogue philosophy,the class concept,class system and class activities are transformed and optimized,which has realized a significant turn of class construction.Specifically,the construction of class concept from "knowledge person" and "tool person" to "concrete person";Class system construction from "managerialism" to "spiritual encounter";Class activity construction from "simple" to "mutual".Buber’s philosophy of dialogue also provides a reference for the construction of class concept,class system and class activities.From the perspective of class concept construction,we must follow the path of "concrete person" class concept construction,that is to realize the growth of students’ life,respect the development of students’ personality and give play to the intersubjectivity between teachers and students.From the perspective of class system construction,we must introduce "spirit encounter" to reform and optimize class cadre system,class daily system and class evaluation system.From the perspective of class activity construction,we must take "mutuality" as the construction path of class interpersonal communication activity,class collective activity and class individual activity. |
