In contemporary China, multicultural and pluralistic values simultaneously, the dramatic social transformation makes the social moral problems highlightedincreasingly, and the value puzzlement of people more dazed. A series of moral hardship brought unprecedented challenges to the school moral education.People try to find possible solutions of resolve moral conflicts and improve the moral education effectiveness in the rich cultural resources of human morality. Famous 20 th century Jewish religious philosopher Martin Buber’s thought of "dialogue philosophy" for people to solve all the bad of the current state of the social morality, improving the effectiveness of school moral education, promote the moral education ideatransformation, provides the worthy reference value and practice of enlightenment.This paper through to Buber’s "dialogue philosophy" more systematic thinking comb, in order to summarized and presented the core ideas and spirit of its philosophy,and for our country school moral education construction to provide some instructive thinking.This paper consists of five sections. The introduction part expounds the reason and significance of topic selection and use of research methods, and explains the core concepts involved or related in Buber philosophy thought, induces the current situation of domestic and foreign scholars for Buber’s philosophy of dialogue. This paper first introduced Buber’s life and his representative works, focus from historical background, academic background, ideological origins and spiritual incentives four aspects investigated the background of ideological and moral education Buber formation. After analyzed the Buber philosophy theory foundation, expounds the core philosophy of dialogue theory, that is, the opposition and difference between “I-You”and “I-It”. The third section discusses the philosophy inherent in Buber moral education, mainly includes: the idea of people-oriented moral education; the importance of character education; the premise of the dialogue between teachers and students; "I-You" meet the true relationship between teachers and students. Finally,from the theoretical analysis and practical advance of two aspects, this paper discusses Buber’s philosophy value and the enlightenment of moral education in china. Believes that Buber “dialogue philosophy" has important theoretical value for reasonable construction of ideological and moral education purposes, improve theschool moral education method, the content of moral education reform school.It also has great practical value for students to realize moral internalization and rational use of moral dialogue teaching method, construct the new dialogue relations between teachers and students, build good atmosphere of moral community.Buber’s philosophy has its own limitations. It is endowed with too much religious dialogue philosophy, influenced the spread of ideas of universality;Excessive emphasis on equality and the interpersonal communication, ignoring the complexity of people in social life; Too highlights the subjectivity of students, played down the leading role of the teacher in moral education.
