Abstract/Summary:
With the comprehensive promotion of rural revitalization strategy and education information 2.0,it is particularly necessary to improve the effect of distance training for rural teachers.However,the distance training effect of rural teachers is hovering at a low level all year round,which is not only unfavorable to the cultivation and improvement of rural teachers’ comprehensive literacy and skill level,but also has a certain negative impact on the overall development of rural teachers.Therefore,the Party and the government have issued a series of important documents to further improve the effect of distance training for rural teachers.By combing the relevant research results at home and abroad,it is found that the academic circle pays more attention to the issue of "distance training of rural teachers",but the research on "distance training effect of rural teachers" is relatively lacking.In view of this,by using a variety of research methods,such as questionnaire survey,semi-structured interview and statistical analysis,the influencing factors and improvement countermeasures of distance training for rural teachers were explored.Specifically,on the basis of comprehensive collection and collation of relevant research results,the influencing factors of distance training effect of rural teachers are preliminarily established.Then,according to the semi-structured interview results,the four influencing factors of learner traits,ability and literacy,curriculum quality and external environment are basically established.Then,questionnaire survey method is used to carry out empirical research on factors affecting the distance training effect of rural teachers,and the questionnaire data are verified factor analysis and mediation effect test,so as to explore the internal mechanism and action mechanism of factors influencing the distance training effect of rural teachers.It is found that four first-order factors,namely learning engagement,learning style,learning spirit and development needs,can construct the second-order factor verification model of learner trait dimension.The three first-order factors of basic ability,developmental ability and higher-order ability can construct the second-order factor verification model of competence literacy dimension.The two first-order factors of curriculum design,curriculum implementation and analysis can construct the second-order factor verification model of curriculum quality dimension.Three first-order factors,physical environment,social environment and normative environment,can construct the second-order factor verification model of external environment dimension.After the model fit analysis and path analysis,the overall validation factor model of the factors affecting the distance training effect of rural teachers was established.In addition,the external environment can affect the curriculum quality through competence literacy or "learner trait-competence literacy",in which competence literacy plays a partial mediating role,while "learner trait-competence literacy" has a more significant chain mediating role.In order to improve the effectiveness of distance training for rural teachers,the following strategies are proposed based on the above four factors: Firstly,the characteristics of learners are illustrated and training vision is outlined.To realize "accurate and accessible" distance training content and avoid "wrong learning";Overcome the "learning defense" of teacher distance training and activate the "internal motivation".Second,break the knowledge void,enhance ability quality.Strengthen the training ability and accomplishment of rural teachers and implement the "empowerment and enhancement";Forge high-quality rural teachers to achieve "expanding quantity and improving quality".Thirdly,optimize the structure system and improve the quality of courses.Optimize the structure system of distance training courses,straighten out the logical correlation;Improve the quality of distance training courses for teachers and highlight the "late mover advantage".Fourth,break through the "island effect" and reconstruct the educational "ecosystem".Create a distance training community atmosphere and build a learning community;Strengthen the environment soil of distance training and shape the new ecology of education.
