Due to the large amount of population, rural basic education has become an important way to improve the production quality of life, and so the teachers in the countryside have be taken as guides.Because the level of rural development is more geographically restricted than city, it is hard to achieve the desired level. With the development of information technology and communication media, the mode of distance education has become the most commonly used method for the teacher training in rural primary and secondary school, which strengthening self forging on teaching.With wide application of distance education in rural primary and secondary teacher training, teachers will gradually face many difficulties and obstacles in distance learning.The thesis researched on distance learning adaptability in rural primary and secondary school. Based on a literature review of the related researches, the influencing factors of distance learning adaptability have been predicted, and hypotheses in the model are built. Through the measurement scale of Jilin Province rural area middle and primary school teachers survey, combined with IBM SPSS statictics 19 and Amos 17.0, structural equation model of influencing factor in distance learning adaptation has been built for verifyingthe initial assumptionsmodel. Finally, the model of distance learning adaptability influencing factors in rural primary and secondary school has been built.
