| We must strengthen the building of teachers’professional development so that we canimprove the quality of basic education. With the development and application of the networktechnology,the teachers distance training has become the main means of teachers training. It cango beyond the time and space limitation, break the differences between urban and rural schools,and achieve the share of high-quality education resources and thus rural middle and primaryschool teachers can also share high-quality teachers training. Distance training can improve theteaching theoretical level and their application capability, and can improve rural teachers’professional development,so it can help accelerate the balanced development of urban and ruraleducation. As a big agriculture country, rural population and the number of teachers occupy themost in our country. Therefore I think the study on teachers’further education, especiallyteachers distance training about rural middle and primary teachers is of great value and guidingsignificance.So this thesis makes a thorough research on rural middle and primary school teachersdistance training in Anqiu with the methods of questionnaire investigation, method of literature,and interview. I investigate many different subjects which include rural middle and primaryteachers, in service teacher-training school of Anqiu, responsible person of teachers distancetraining and the relevant managers in teachers distance training. On the basis of simplyintroducing the teachers further education and the completion of various teachers training andanalyzing the completion of teachers distance training in Anqiu in detail, the thesis taking Anqiuas a case, points out the problems encountered during the implementation of distance training ofrural middle and primary school teachers, such as teachers training idea, managementmechanism, training content, training forms and network environment and other aspects of theproblems. At last the thesis puts forward the strategy measures to improve the teachers distancetraining of rural middle and primary teachers in the following aspects:(1) Insist on the guidelines“based on teachers to promote teachers’professionaldevelopmentâ€, and make sure that rural middle and primary school teachers distance training canmeet the teachers’training needs.(2) The teacher’s training should be arranged according to the characteristics of adult’slearning. We should understand the teachers working characteristics, working experience,training needs and we should also analyze teachers’learning characteristics, then we can takecorresponding measures to encourage teachers to actively participate in the training. (3) Establish the idea of teachers distance training. The education departments at all levels,the school leader, the majority of rural middle and primary school teachers training and trainingshould recognize the importance of teachers distance training, update the training concept, adaptto the distance teachers’training mode of learning.(4) Build a sound training mechanism. Strengthen the training management mechanism,incentive mechanism and evaluation mechanism construction.(5) Improve the training funds guarantee mechanism, to ensure the smooth, orderly, healthydevelopment of rural middle and primary school teachers distance training.(6) Integrate and optimize the training curriculum resources, adopt various methods to thedevelopment of diversification of training resources, and try to open training resources whichcan meet local teachers training demand, improve pertinence and effectiveness of the teachersdistance training, and achieve excellent curriculum resource sharing.(7) Strengthen teachers distance training network infrastructure and technology platform,and strive to improve network equipment system, develop the advanced science and technologyplatform for teachers distance training.The innovation of this thesis lies in that, through studying of distance teacher training inAnqiu, the thesis reflects the problems in the process and implement of the whole teacherstraining about rural middle and primary teachers, and puts forward the concrete and feasiblecountermeasures. As to evaluation method, the thesis points out that: we should not onlyevaluate teachers, but also evaluate the trainers and the whole training process and thus make aevaluation on the whole training activity; we should evaluate not only the training’s subsequenteffect, but also the application of the training content in the teaching process, so that we canensure that the teachers distance training can be really and fully used in teachers’education. |
