Research On The Social Work Service Path To Block The Intergenerational Transmission Of Poverty In Poverty Alleviation Relocation Communitie

The solution of poverty is not only related to the long-term economic development of all countries,but also affects the realization of social equity of all countries.Only by blocking the intergenerational transmission of poverty can class solidification be broken and social mobility be realized.The "14th Five-year Plan" for the Development of Civil Affairs emphasizes encouraging and guiding social organizations,social workers and voluntary service organizations to actively provide public civil affairs services to rural areas and jointly promote rural revitalization.Solving poverty problem is the early stage of promoting rural vitalization.However,the problem of poverty is still very prominent in the relocated communities.Social work,as a profession with professional work methods as service means,can help solve the problem of poverty and its intergenerational transmission from many aspects.Based on the theory of poverty culture,this study takes THE C community in Anshun,Guizhou province as the research object and service object,and adopts observation and interview methods as research data collection methods.Through household visits to 100 families,it is found that intergenerational transmission of poverty in C community has risks in families,individuals and communities,which are mainly manifested as "lack of willingness but strength" of families,lack of personal development motivation and insufficient community support.So social workers rely on community social work agencies to enhance power theory as the theoretical guidance,the use of group,individual and community three professional social work method,the C community within the family,children,launched a major intervention,is aimed at helping families promote development ability,help promote development of personal power and help the community support ascension.Studies have found that social work in blocking the intergenerational transfer can really play a role,but the research there are still many deficiencies,such as how to improve service level,service professional problem,such as social workers still need to improve professional service ability,better for blocking the intergenerational transfer,promote rural revitalization contribute their professional values.
