Study On The Social Work Service Path Of Child Care In Communities Relocated From Inhospitable Areas

In the process of growing up,children not only need material security,but also need daily care and companionship.With the acceleration of the pace of family life,parents often fail to take care of their children,resulting in the absence of child care.There are more left-behind children and poor children in communities relocated from poverty from inhospitable areas,and the problem of insufficient care of children is more prominent.How to make up for the lack of child family care through social work intervention is of great research value.This paper mainly focuses on the children in the communities relocated from inhospitable areas,combined with the author’s internship experience in M community,from the perspective of social work,explores the existing research and shortcomings of social work in child care,deeply analyzes the role of social work in child care,and summarizes the practical process.first,According to my experience as an intern,Analysis of child care in the study community;next,The author based on the investigation and practice of the source of community child care resources;catch,Take the project conducted by the social work station as an example,Detailed the practical process of social work involvement in child care,Assessing the role that social work plays in child care;last,Analyze the experience and deficiency of social work service path in the care of children from three aspects of service resources,service content and service skills selection,Suggestions on optimizing the service path of social work in the care of children in communities relocated from inhospitable areas.The conclusion shows that the social work service in child care has obvious advantages,but the following problems exist,first,the insufficient resources and the obstacles to social work intervention;second,the social work service in child care is single;third,the specialization of social work service skills in child care needs to be continuously improved.In order to better promote the service of social work in child care,this study makes the following suggestions: first,broaden the resource channels of social work child care services;second,enrich the content of child care services;third,strengthen the training of professional skills of social workers.
