| Ideological and political course,as the key course to carry out the fundamental task of moral education,plays an irreplaceable role,and the ideological and political course teachers have great responsibilities.Under the current circumstances,to run ideological and political courses well should be viewed in the context of major changes unseen in the world in a century and the overall development of the Cause of the Party and the country.It should be viewed from the perspective of upholding and developing socialism with Chinese characteristics,building China into a great modern socialist country,and realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.To teach ideological and political courses well,the key lies in teachers,who have firm faith,profound knowledge and profound theoretical foundation.Ideological and political course has received unprecedented attention,the number of ideological and political course teachers has increased significantly,younger teachers have become a new state of development of ideological and political course teachers.The composition of high school ideological and political teachers is no exception.Therefore,to pay attention to the construction of ideological and political courses in senior high schools,we must pay attention to the professional development of young ideological and political teachers in senior high schools,whose professional development is related to the core quality of ideological and political subjects in the new era.Therefore,in the context of the new era,it is very necessary to strengthen the research on the professional development of high school youth ideological and political teachers.The professional development of senior high school youth ideological and political teachers needs to consider two basic premises: how to become a professional ideological and political teacher? Is it possible to accelerate the professional development of young ideological and political teachers? This study triggers a series of thinking and research based on these two basic premises.The research includes two questions:first,how to evaluate the professional development of ideological and political teachers? Second,how to use evaluation factors to promote the professional development of young ideological and political teachers?Combined with the literature and the "six essentials" proposed by General Secretary Xi Jinping for ideological and political teachers in the speech on March 18,this paper deconstructs the professional qualities of ideological and political teachers into political,professional and moral qualities.And put forward a firm political belief and a high degree of political identification is the youth education courses in the direction of professional development for teachers,good professional accomplishment is the foundation of youth education courses teachers’ professional development,high moral quality is the guarantee of youth education courses teachers’ professional development,three youth education courses to promote high school teachers’ professional development.Therefore,on the basis of learning and summarizing the existing achievements,the investigation and interview of young ideological and political teachers in senior high schools in Kaifeng city were conducted from three dimensions of professional development.Through the investigation data,the basic situation of professional development of young ideological and political teachers in senior high schools was analyzed.On the basis of affirming the achievements,This paper emphatically points out the problems faced by the professional development of young ideological and political teachers in kaifeng high schools: political belief is easy to be shaken,comprehensive quality needs to be improved,and educational feelings need to be cultivated.Then from the mechanism of young teachers themselves,schools and social environment these three angles to explore the cause of the high education courses of middle-aged and young teachers’ professional development,and finally in view of the problem put forward the concrete promotion strategy,mainly including inspire young teachers professional development consciousness,such as strengthening the independent learning,study and formulate development plan for implementation of reflection;The school should create a good environment,including improving the evaluation system,enhancing teacher cooperation and improving the training system;The social environment should be further optimized,including measures to improve the status of subjects and set up credit banks.The government,schools and teachers should work together to form a "joint force" to promote the comprehensive improvement of professional quality of senior high school youth ideological and political teachers. |
