| The era development and science and technology progress are inseparable from talents,and talents training is inseparable from education,and education quality is directly impacted by the professional development of teachers.With the arrival of the knowledge age,the society asks a higher requirement to teachers.The professional excellent teachers are the essential to the development of education,the prosperity and revitalization of nation.It has been an urgent matter to research and promote in various countries in the world to train high-quality teachers and improve teachers’ professional standard,etc.Moreover,excellent teachers are the mainstay of the sustainable development in high school and the main force to promote the development of the elementary education.To build a high-quality and professional teacher team,it is necessary to analyze the essential characteristics of excellent teachers and explore the internal rules and ways of development of excellent teachers.The research mainly adopted narrative method in combination with interviewing method and observational method,etc.Based on introducing the reason of the selection of the topic,the research question,the core conceptions and related studies at home and abroad,and clarifying the research thought,method and significance,the author selected an excellent young Chinese tearcher in a high school as the research subject to present the important education events the subject experienced in the process of professional development and the education characteristics the subject has behind the events with the methods of narration and discussion from the perspectives of its development experience,learning,faithful record of teaching,and others’ attitude and evaluation and other aspects.In order to analyze the process of professional development of the subject,the author divided its development process into accumulation stage,mature stage and creation stage.Starting with the personal factors of teachers’ professional development,the research mainly analyzed the subject’s estimable professional qualities,such as the profound Chinese professional knowledge and the correct view of Chinese education,the love of education and the adherence to the educational concept of people cultivation,the diligence in practice and the insistence on teaching reflection,the emphasis on self renewal and the pace of the times.Moreover,the author made a detailed analysis to the external elements that affect the professional development of teachers from the school and the society.On the one hand,the professional development of teachers is deeply influenced by school policy,teaching environment,important figures and events.On the other hand,the professional development of teachers also benefits from the objective needs of the high quality education resources,the improvement of the social status and welfare of teachers,the increasing attention of teachers’ professional development and other external factors.Through the interpretation and study of the case of teacher Xu’s professional development,it is concluded that :noble sentiment is the prerequisite for promoting the professional development of teachers,autonomous learning is the fundamental motivation to stimulate the professional development of teachers,the class teaching is the core practice to realize the professional development of teachers,the teaching reflection is an effective means to promote the professional development of teachers,and school support is an important factor in improving the professional development of teachers,and then points out the direction for the professional development of young teachers and provides experience for reference. |
