With the deepening of urbanization, young and middle-aged rural people are moving from their hometowns to urban communities in search of better development.Old people follow their children to live in cities, and rural old people came into being. With the increase of the migrant population, the number of elderly people in rural areas has become larger and larger, and the problem of community integration has become increasingly serious.More and more scholars have paid attention to the living development of the elderly people in rural areas.Influenced by traditional ideas, researchers believe that the elderly who move with them in rural areas are "weak" and tend to have negative integration intentions.Compared with the traditional concept, the author views the elderly with rural migration in a positive perspective, believing that the elderly can play a unique role in the integration of the community, and improving the ability of the elderly with rural migration can improve the integration of the community.Based on the theoretical perspective of active aging and the theory of energy enhancement, the author carried out practical activities with 8 rural elderly people in Zhengzhou Z Community as the research objects. The author has learned that the following integration problems exist in the accompanying old people: interpersonal communication, the scope of interpersonal communication is small, lack of effective communication skills; In terms of smartphone use, some old people who move with them in rural areas refuse to learn how to use smart phones or lack the ability to use smart phones, which hinders life and travel. In terms of community participation, the elderly with rural migration have weak awareness of participation, low participation in activities, and biased understanding of community participation; In terms of community belonging, the rural elderly have a weak sense of community belonging, weak community identity psychology, unable to resonate with the community and truly integrate into the community. Therefore, the author established a mutual aid group and carried out six group activities, which built a new interpersonal communication platform for the elderly who moved with them, taught them the basic functions of mobile phones, organized community activities, improved their enthusiasm for community participation, and strengthened their sense of community. After the completion of the practice, the author evaluated the content of the activity, including the improvement of interpersonal skills, community participation and community belonging the satisfaction of the activity, etc.Through the comparison of the test results and interviews with the elderly,it is found that the elderly who moved with them have changed their views on community integration, mastered communication skills, established a new interpersonal communication system, achieved the effect of active aging, and improved the community integration of the elderly who moved with them in rural areas. At the same time, the author also introspected and summed up the shortcomings of the activity: weak ability to link resources, ignoring the economic status of the elderly accompanying them, not paying attention to the participation of their family members in activities. In view of these problems, the author needs to further study to be solved in the future.
