Research On Social Work Practice Of Urban Community Cultural Elderly Care From The Perspective Of Active Agin

At present,China’s aging degree is deepening,the elderly pension needs are more diversified,especially the elderly in urban communities,their pension needs are not only in the basic material needs,but also in the need for emotions,social participation,culture and education.Cultural pension is a new type of pension method that mainly meets the spiritual and psychological needs of the elderly,which is very suitable in meeting the needs of urban communities.In addition,the theory of active aging emphasizes improving the quality of life of the elderly from the dimensions of health,participation and security,which coincides with the goal of cultural old-age care.Based on the perspective of active aging theory,this study takes the investigation and practice of three dimensions as the starting point,and carries out literature reading and research design in the first stage,which lays the foundation for subsequent research.In the second stage,the field observation method and interview method were used to investigate the current situation and the provision of cultural elderly care services in the L community,and analyze the needs of the elderly in the L community.In the third stage,starting from the dimensions of health,participation and security,carry out the cultural health care group for the elderly in the L community,the community work of the elderly in the L community under the regional development model,and advocate the construction of the social work policy support system for the elderly,and carry out social work services through the use of different social work methods in three dimensions,effectively meeting the needs of the elderly in emotional and cultural education,and the level of community culture and elderly care and the community participation of the elderly have been improved;In the fourth stage,on the basis of summarizing and reflecting on the practice,suggestions on social work intervention in urban community cultural elderly care from the perspective of active aging are put forward.The study concludes that social work can be based on the theory of active aging,link community resources,combine the needs of the elderly,and use different social work methods to carry out cultural elderly care services,which can promote the sustainable development of cultural elderly care in urban communities,promote active aging,and build a social environment for the elderly,filial piety and respect for the elderly.Through this study,it can provide a new perspective for social work to carry out the practice of cultural elderly care for the elderly,and contribute social work wisdom to solve the problem of aging.Continuously improve the mechanism for actively coping with the aging of the population;Improve the high-quality development of elderly care services,create a good elderly care environment,and promote the harmonious development of society.
