Research On The Social Adaptation Of The Elderly From The View Of Active Aging ��Takes Community A In Shenyang City As An Example

With the continuous improvement of the scale and quality of China's economic and social development,the process of urban-rural integration has been accelerating in recent years.More and more elderly people are following their children to other places to take care of their children and grandchildren.For the elderly with migration,moving to other regions is not only a move from the geographical region,but also the fission of their inherent social relations in their original places.With the increasing of the depth and breadth of the integration of the accompanying old people,the accompanying old people are faced with many problems such as physiology,psychology and society.According to the latest statistics released by Renmin University of China,as of December 2021,more than 60 percent of the elderly living with their parents in China believe that they face many problems such as social integration difficulties and social maladjustment.If such problems are not improved,it will not only greatly affect the physical health of the elderly accompanied by migration,but also is not conducive to the stable social integration of the elderly accompanied by migration.In view of this,this paper takes A community in Shenyang as the research object,and carries out A social adaptation-oriented investigation and research for the accompanying elderly in A community in Shenyang.Based on the active aging theory,this paper deeply analyzes the main problems existing in the social adaptation of the accompanying elderly from the three aspects of health pillar,participation pillar and security expenditure.In addition,in the process of designing the survey questionnaire,this paper focuses on five aspects: family relationship adaptation,emotional and psychological adaptation,living habits adaptation,living atmosphere adaptation and cultural concept adaptation,so as to design the survey questionnaire with operability and timeliness.Combined with the distribution and recovery of the questionnaire,as well as the primary data obtained from the questionnaire survey,this paper deeply and carefully analyzes the current situation and problems of social adaptation of the accompanied old people in A community of Shenyang,and puts forward strategies and suggestions to promote the social adaptation of the accompanied old people from the perspective of active aging.The core research conclusions of this paper mainly include two aspects: on the one hand,through the comprehensive use of questionnaire survey,field interview and case study combined analysis method,to analyze the current situation and problems of social adaptation of the accompanied elderly in A community of Shenyang.The research found that at present,the accompanying old people in A community in Shenyang have some problems in adapting to the five aspects of family relationship,such as mood and mentality,living habits,living atmosphere and cultural concept.And the prominent manifestations are the restriction of household registration system,the change of family status,the rejection of neighborhood communication,the lack of community organization,the double pressure of physical and mental health,and the lack of depth and breadth of social participation.On the other hand,based on the analysis of the current situation and the conclusion of the problem analysis,this paper puts forward some strategies to promote the social adaptation of the accompanying elderly from the perspective of active aging.The emphasis is on strengthening the foundation of social adaptation and improving the physical and mental health level of the accompanying elderly.To meet the premise of social adaptation and promote the social participation of the elderly;To build a solid social adaptation security,to provide systematic support for the elderly with the construction of strategy suggestions.
