Research On The Application Of Narrative Therapy Model In Family Role Adjustment Of Urban Retired Elderly Peopl

In the 21st century,with the rapid development of Chinese society,the population is increasingly aging,the birth rate is reduced,and the average life expectancy is extended.Now,retirees have become a group that cannot be ignored in China.Old people after retirement from the original work unit into the leisure role,the early retirement will feel very relaxed and happy,but soon from retirement "honeymoon" into "melancholy",the pace of life,income,social status and interpersonal circle will have big changes,easy to lead to its depression and negative emotions,or deviate from the normal behavior.In the face of the transformation of old and new characters,their reintegration of family life and the handling of family relationships seem passive,which may cause a series of family or social problems.Therefore,helping the retirees to adjust the transformation of old and new roles,adapt to the value of life and improve the quality of life is one of the contents of the active aging work.In this study,the social workers used the narrative treatment model to provide the individual case service for the service object.In the form of interviews,we mainly guide the service objects to story,externalize problems,deconstruct problems and to construct and strengthen stories,so as to intervene the problems in the family role adjustment of urban retirees.Help the service objects to better complete the transformation of old and new roles,regain the meaning of life,and achieve active aging.By evaluating the service,the following conclusions are drawn: the problems in the family role conversion are often attributed to themselves;the use of narrative therapy can help the service object to improve the role cognition,improve the life value and social ability,alleviate the family relationship,and then assist the service object to complete the role adjustment.But in the use of narrative treatment mode to solve the problems in urban retirees family role adjustment can be further refined,this study is selected a man for two years of retirement,follow-up can choose retirement number of year,nature of work,family structure,different gender of two service object,the service process and gender to explore the relationship of family role adjustment difficulty and gender.
