| As an emerging group of transformation in social role adjustment, city retirees faced with many problems become a large unique group. They are not only the changes of power, position, wealth and value, but also in the ranges of family interaction, interpersonal communication which they have to adapt during the role of conversion. The retirees need aids to accept and adapt to the changes with a positive attitude to live and realize self value again before and after retirement. Therefore, a study on the adjustment of social role conversion of the city retirees is imminent.Firstly, this paper represents the necessary analysis of social role transformation adjustment and the feasibility of individual work in the adjustment of social roles transformation of city retirees. Based on the analysis of a large number of relevant information, the summary among three aspects is given, including individual, family relationship and social interaction, to help the case client facing his problems, restore the independent ability and to adapt to the society actively. |
