As the top priority of homework reform,homework correction has always attracted people’s attention.Recently,with the promulgation of the opinions on further reducing students’ homework burden and after-school training burden in the stage of compulsory education,homework correction has increasingly become a hot topic in education and teaching.As an essential link in the teaching process,homework correction can effectively test teachers’ teaching effect and students’ learning level.It is particularly important for Chinese subjects with rich humanistic connotation.The "double reduction" policy puts forward higher standards and requirements for teachers’ homework correction,but there are still many problems in primary school Chinese written homework correction,which can not fully meet the new requirements of the policy.Therefore,in order to understand the problems existing in the current primary school Chinese written homework correction and put forward improvement suggestions,further optimize the current situation of Chinese written homework correction,provide help for front-line primary school Chinese teachers to better carry out homework correction,and then continuously improve the level of primary school Chinese teachers’ homework correction,it is necessary to carry out systematic research and discussion on homework correction.This study is conducted under the background of "double reduction" and the new policy requirements of full batch and full correction of homework.On the basis of combing the connotation and basic requirements of Chinese written homework correction in primary schools,this study takes three primary schools in Q city as the survey object,organically combines literature method,questionnaire survey method,observation method,interview method and text analysis method,and investigates teachers and students respectively from the four dimensions of understanding,timeliness,method and feedback of homework correction,Deeply understand the reality of Chinese written homework correction in senior primary school.The study found that the main problems in the correction of Chinese written homework in senior primary school are as follows: first,the implementation of the policy of "full batch and full correction" has been discounted.It is embodied in two aspects: the understanding of individual teachers on homework correction needs to be strengthened and the whole batch correction can not be fully guaranteed.Second,the timeliness of teachers’ homework correction needs to be improved.It is embodied in two aspects: some teachers choose easy refuge to correct and the composition correction is not timely enough.Third,the way of teachers’ homework correction is inflexible.The main manifestations are: the standard of homework correction emphasizes knowledge over process and attitude,and the difference and pertinence of homework comments need to be strengthened.Fourth,the feedback form of homework correction is simple.The main manifestations are as follows: teachers do not pay enough attention to the feedback of students’ wrong questions,teachers’ comments are mainly concentrated,and individual comments are less.The reasons for the above problems are: the school’s operation management regulations are not standardized and clear;Non teaching work in school occupies a lot of time and energy of teachers;The restriction of teachers’ attitude and ability to homework.This study explores the optimization strategies from the objective and subjective aspects of schools and teachers,which are as follows: the relevant provisions of standardized homework management in schools are the guarantee;Schools reduce non teaching tasks and ensure that teachers’ time and energy are the basis;It is the key for teachers to correct their attitude towards homework and improve their ability to correct homework. |
