Under the background of the current reform of new curriculum standards,teachers should pay attention to the cultivation of students’ scientific thinking ability.Only by guiding students to think independently,discover and solve problems,can they constantly update scientific knowledge.Teachers are more important to teach students to use scientific thinking methods and learn to think.In senior high school biology teaching,concept teaching is very important.Therefore,I conducted some investigations on the current situation of cultivating students’ scientific thinking in the process of biological concept teaching.Based on the investigation,Combined with the relevant theories of pedagogy and psychology,aiming at the problems reflected in the survey results,this paper puts forward some teaching strategies,then combines the teaching strategies to carry out teaching design and teaching practice,finally analyzed and draw a conclusion.Firstly,it analyzes and summarizes the relevant literature at home and abroad,summarizes the concepts of scientific thinking and concept teaching,and summarizes the theoretical basis of the formation of scientific thinking and concept teaching.It provides theoretical support for the research on the cultivation of scientific thinking ability in biological concept teaching.Then a questionnaire survey was conducted among senior high school biology teachers and students.The survey content is to investigate the current situation of scientific thinking training in biological concept teaching.Through the analysis of the survey results,some deficiencies are found.Under the background of the new curriculum reform,the understanding of concept teaching is not in place,the grasp of the basic concept system of biology is not enough,and the attention to the history of science is not enough.Too much emphasis on exam oriented education leads to insufficient attention to cultivating students’ scientific thinking ability.The problems of middle school students are:weak awareness of autonomous learning,low level of investigation,teachers’ lack of scientific help for concept learning and so on.On this basis,in order to solve the problems found in the investigation,combined with the theoretical basis and my own teaching experience,the author puts forward the teaching strategy of biological concept teaching to cultivate scientific thinking.In the four stages of concept teaching,teaching strategies are put forward respectively:in the stage of concept introduction,students can obtain sufficient perceptual knowledge and inspire thinking;In the stage of concept formation,we use scientific thinking methods to construct biological concepts;In the concept application stage,students can thoroughly understand the concept and improve their meticulous and logical thinking;In the concept deepening stage,let students complete the spiral rise of scientific thinking ability.Finally,the proposed teaching strategy is used for teaching design and further teaching practice,and then through the analysis of teaching practice data,the significance and value of the teaching strategy proposed in this study are proved.
