| The cultivation of scientific thinking is an important aspect to implement the core accomplishment of biology discipline.The cultivation of scientific thinking plays a great role in promoting students to master scientific knowledge and improve their ability to solve problems.HPS education is a new educational concept that integrates the history of science,philosophy of science and sociology of science into the science curriculum.Its purpose is to improve students’ understanding of the nature of science,enhance their scientific thinking ability and scientific inquiry ability,and finally promote the formation of students’ core quality of biology.High school biology teaching under the concept of HPS education emphasizes the development of scientific thinking in the reproduction of biological history,attaches great importance to the exercise of critical thinking in the problem philosophical speculation,and advocates the experience of creative thinking in the social and cultural background.However,under the influence of the current overall education environment,due to many factors such as the lack of class hours and systematic theoretical learning,the situation of teachers cultivating students’ scientific thinking in high school biology teaching is not optimistic.Therefore,cultivating students’ scientific thinking based on HPS education concept is one of the very important ways to develop students’ scientific thinking.Based on this,on the basis of investigating the current situation of students’ scientific thinking ability in high school biology teaching,combined with literature analysis and teaching practice experience,has carried out under the HPS education concept in cultivating scientific thinking for students in high school biology teaching research,hope for a line of biology teachers cultivate students’ scientific thinking in the teaching to provide the reference.First of all,through the analysis and review of relevant domestic and foreign literature,this paper Outlines the relevant theories of domestic and foreign scholars on HPS education and scientific thinking,summarizes the research status of HPS education and scientific thinking at home and abroad,and summarizes and integrates the concepts and related theories of HPS education and scientific thinking.Secondly,the investigation method is adopted to investigate the current situation of cultivating students’ scientific thinking based on HPS education in high school biology teaching.The survey results of teachers showed that most of the teachers had not systematically studied the related theories of HPS education and scientific thinking,had insufficient understanding of HPS education and scientific thinking,and seldom applied HPS education to the cultivation of students’ scientific thinking.The data from the questionnaire survey show that most of the students have a good level of scientific thinking,and critical thinking and original thinking need to be trained.Students do not pay much attention to the contents of the history of biological science in textbooks.On the basis of above work,according to the biological requirements of new properties and high school students learning characteristics,biological disciplines,constructed based on the concept of HPS education in cultivating scientific thinking for students of high school biology teaching process,including situation excitation,brainstorming,reappearance of history of science,design experiments,the present scientific concepts,dialogue speculative six steps;In addition,the teaching resources and scientific thinking methods contained in the compulsory teaching materials of high school biology which can be designed based on HPS concept are deeply analyzed and excavated.Finally,some teaching cases were designed and applied to classroom teaching practice by selecting the contents of < Biology · Compulsory 1· Molecule and Cell>.The research shows that HPS teaching can effectively promote the improvement of students’ scientific thinking ability,and middle school biology teachers should strengthen the cognition of HPS teaching and apply it in the classroom. |
