Labor is the basis of the survival and development of human society.Labor education is an important part of the education system of "five education simultaneously" in China.Since The 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,China has learned from past experiences and Based on the Marxist view of labor and Chinese excellent traditional culture,puts forward a series of new requirements on labor education,pointed out the direction of development for labor education with Chinese characteristics.The youth stage is the key period of moral cultivation and physical fitness.We must grasp the main position of "morality and rule of law" in junior middle school and strengthen labor education in teaching.This paper first theoretically analyzes the connotation,significance and requirements of labor education in the teaching of "morality and rule of law".The labor education in the teaching of "morality and rule of law" in junior middle school refers to the activities of cultivating students’ labor cognition,labor value,labor concept and labor feelings through classroom teaching and extracurricular practical activities according to the content of "morality and rule of law" in junior middle school.Carrying out labor education in the teaching of "morality and rule of law" in junior middle school can not only promote the comprehensive development of junior middle school students’core literacy,promote the reform of "morality and rule of law" course in junior middle school,but also help to cultivate qualified new people of the times.In order to deeply understand the current situation of labor education in the teaching of "morality and rule of law" in junior middle school,the author selects students and teachers from five middle schools as the investigation objects,and makes an actual investigation from the aspects of labor cognition,labor practice,labor education evaluation,and the development of labor education in teaching.The survey found that the labor education in the teaching of "morality and rule of law" in junior middle school has made some progress,such as the school has increased the emphasis on labor education,and the effect of cultivating students’ labor values is remarkable;Secondly,it analyzes the main problems of labor education in the teaching of "morality and rule of law" in junior middle school,such as weak awareness of labor education,single teaching method,one-sided mining of labor education content;Based on the analysis of the current situation,this paper summarizes the causes of these problems,that is,the long-term marginalization of labor education,the lack of special content of labor education in teaching materials,the negative impact of traditional exam oriented education,the negative impact of social multiculturalism and artificial intelligence.In view of these problems and reasons,the author discusses the Countermeasures of strengthening the labor education in the teaching of "morality and rule of law" in junior middle school,and analyzes them from five aspects:Teachers’ ability,teaching content,teaching methods,practical teaching and teaching evaluation,aiming to provide some ideas and methods for teachers to carry out labor education,so as to strengthen the labor education in junior middle school.
