| A precision casting company is a manufacturing company mainly for overseas customers,and based on order production.The most significant feature of the company is its multi-species,small batch production mode,and the consequent problem is the need to deal with a wide variety and huge amount of technical data in the manufacturing process.In recent years,the company has been growing and orders are increasing,so the original ERP system can no longer meet the current business needs.In the environment of rising market competition pressure,how to timely,accurate and fast processing of technical data brought by orders has become the primary demand for the ERP technical management subsystem.On the basis of using information technology to deal with enterprise work and reduce the difficulty of work,the redevelopment of enterprise technical management sub-system becomes the solution to deal with the above problems.The ERP technical management subsystem designed and implemented in this paper is one of the important components in the development of ERP system of a precision casting enterprise,which aims to deal with the business and data of technical management by means of information technology and solve the problem of insufficient capacity of the original system,and its development architecture is unified with the overall ERP system structure of the enterprise.In order to reduce the development difficulty and shorten the development cycle,VB.Net,which is similar to the original system programming language VB6,was used for development.Considering the enterprise network environment,as well as the need for a large amount of data transmission and client sharing server pressure,the system chose the C/S development model.Based on the demand analysis of the enterprise’s manufacturing process,mold processing and maintenance process and the basic data management process involved in the production process,the technical management subsystem was divided into six functional modules in the design stage: basic data management,casting process management,processing process management,mold maintenance management,sample and drawing management,and packaging standard management,and the permissions were set according to the scope of user responsibilities.The subsystem is divided into six functional modules: basic data management,casting process management,machining process management,mold maintenance management,sample and drawing management and packaging standard management.At the same time,the attributes and relationships of the entities involved in the technical management process are studied,the corresponding E-R diagrams are drawn,the form fields covering the business of the subsystem are further designed,and the SQL server database management system is used to implement the forms.The unified management of technical drawings is realized through FTP transfer protocol,and the ADO.Net technology is studied in detail to establish the connection between the system and the database.Visualization was performed using charts on forms involving large amounts of data loading.The internal logic of the system program was tested using structural tests,and finally the system was repeatedly tested for functionality through test case tables until the go-live conditions were met.During the trial run phase of the system,the technical management sub-system can well meet the expected requirements,significantly improve the efficiency of technical management related departments,and make the management of castings,products,molds,drawings and samples more accurate and standardized.At the same time,it provides a reference for the development and application of ERP system for other small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises,especially the order-driven manufacturing enterprises. |
