The Design And Implementation Of Science And Technology Plan Declaration Management System For Weifang

In order to smoothly and efficiently complete the examination and approval work of the science and technology plan, this system was written to guide the declarer, the declaring unit and the manager to correctly use the declaration management system of the science and technology plan, and finish online declaration, recommendation and management work of the city’s science and technology projects.The declaration management system of the science and technology plan of Wei fang City used the Java language, JSP technology, and framework design based on SSH (Struts+Hibernate+Spring), and used SQL Server2005as the database server, so that implementing the functions including the declaring unit management, the declarer management, the declaring project management and others. The declaring unit management implemented the functions including registration and login of the declaring unit, unit information management and others; unit information management mainly included unit declaration management, add of detailed units information, typ-in of personnel information, the condition of economic benefits and type-in of intellectual property information. The declarer management implemented he functions including declared people login the system, the declaration unit manage the user name and password, the declarer management, the project declaration management, detailed personal information setting and others management. The declaring project acceptance implemented the functions including examination and approval, query, dissident declaration, and modification of the declaring project. The declaring project management included two parts:the management of all projects and the management of new projects. The system implement reasonable use of computer resources, and improve the work quality.The system is currently focusing on the declaration and acceptance of projects of the science and technology plan in Wei fang City, providing basis for the technology sector. And the system provided a convenient and reliable service for all types of the declaring units and the accepted departments, reduced the burden on the related staff, improved work efficiency, and provided basis for the leader to develop next plan od the science and technology declaring work plan.
