Research On The Content System Of Annual Reading Report In University Library

At present,both users and operators are generating a large amount of data all the time,and the analysis and mining of these data has become the focus of research in various industries.User data is implicit expression of user demand,the production data to sort of library users and the depth of excavation,help to understand the needs of the readers and reading behavior,the university library was based on the above background,using its produce large amounts of data in the daily operation management to explore the reading behavior of the school teachers and students.Based on this series of research significance,this study adopts a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods to standardize the content system of university library annual reading report,in order to serve more scholars to conduct research on library service data analysis.First of all,the index system of reading reports is preliminarily constructed through pre-investigation,investigation,analysis and comparison.Specific,national "211" for the research of university library research,the reading report 2019 were collected to effectively read the report,69,and from the name of the report,released time,distribution channels,such as publishing tool for comparative analysis,it can be seen that most of domestic university library attaches great importance to read the release of the report.Then,the author in view of the problems found during the preliminary investigation and summary of the reading report released rule formal investigation,with 42 "double" first-class universities library published during 2015 to 2019,all the annual reading report as the research object,and published in recent five years had 37 annual reading report of colleges and universities,accounting for 88% of all "double top" colleges and universities,collected a total annual reading report,164,at the same time,two main lines from the dimension of time dimension and the content of the reading report content,preliminary build a read the contents of the indicators,divided into eight modules,123 indicators,According to the frequency of the reading report,it is divided into representative index and supplementary index.Secondly,in order to ensure that the university library reading report content system more reference and application value,the author intends to reference the index constructed by expert investigation method for preliminary screening,invite university library serving senior experts and long-term commitment to university scholars of library science research on index respectively at the level of importance ratings,then using the method of boundary value of index screening,the revised index system for a total of 8 first-level indicators,112 secondary indexes,in addition,combined with expert scoring is to adjust the representative index and complementary index the index distribution,adjusted for a total of 67 representative indicators,51 supplementary indicators.In order to ensure that the university library reading report content system authority and objectivity,the author intends to reference the index constructed by expert investigation method for preliminary screening,invite university library serving senior experts and long-term commitment to university scholars of library science research on index respectively at the level of importance ratings,then using the method of boundary value of index screening,the revised index system for a total of 8 first-level indicators,112 secondary indexes,in addition,the author will combine expert scoring case to verify the representative indicators of coverage.Finally,according to the above investigation,this paper summarizes the problems existing in the publication of annual reading reports by university libraries from four aspects,namely,classification standards,content standards,measurement standards and release standards.In view of the publication standards of representative indicators,this paper puts forward suggestions on measurement standards in combination with the library industry standards and relevant literature.In conclusion,this study depth and mining annual reading report content system of university library,and aiming at the shortcomings of the existing content system is put forward Suggestions and countermeasures,in order to promote development of the high quality,make reading the report more specification,data index and statistical standards,for the cultivation of talents in colleges and universities and library improvements to provide basis for optimizing the allocation of resources and services.However,there are still sample quantity is limited,the research method of the single,did not take into account issues such as unstructured data,in subsequent studies need to broaden the number of samples and coverage,on the basis of the existing research methods combined with the interview method,at the same time pay attention to the reader the lending behavior data,in order to release more objective and complete reading report.
