Research On The Annual Report System Of The Public Library In Henan Province

In recent years,China has vigorously promoted the construction of the public cultural service system.As an important part of the public cultural service system,the public library is also the focus of the system construction.The ancients said that the system is the foundation of establishing the country and stabilizing the country.The system construction is the foundation of governing the country and stabilizing the society.For the public library,the system construction is the basic guarantee of its management and service.The Public Library Law of the People's Republic of China puts forward the construction requirements for the information disclosure system of public libraries,and the annual report system is an important way of information disclosure.Based on the construction demand and research status of the annual report system of public libraries,this paper makes an investigation and analysis of the current situation of the annual report system of public libraries in Henan Province,finds out the existing problems,and puts forward reasonable and effective measures to improve the overall information disclosure system construction of public libraries in Henan Province,so as to better and more effectively promote the public library and even the construction of public cultural service system in Henan Province.First of all,this paper conducts literature research on the related research of the annual report system of public libraries at home and abroad,summarizes the current situation of the research,and based on this,studies the promotion countermeasures of the annual report system of public libraries in Henan Province.The main contents include: first,based on the network investigation and content analysis of the annual report system of the public library in Henan Province,describe the current situation of the annual report system of the public library in Henan Province;second,use the comparative analysis method to make a horizontal comparison of the current situation of the annual report system of the public library in Henan Province,and then compare the current situation of the annual report system of the public library inside and outside Henan Province,combining with the previous content analysis,This paperpoints out the problems of annual report system of the public library in Henan Province;thirdly,according to the existing problems,it puts forward the promotion strategies of annual report system of the public library in Henan Province.The conclusions of the study are as follows.The construction of the annual report system of the public libraries in Henan Province is still incomplete,and there are certain problems in the structure,content and establishment of the system that need to be resolved urgently:(1)The development of the annual report system is uneven,and the library does not pay much attention to the establishment of the annual report system.The annual report is published at a centralized time,ceases to be updated,and is not maintained.(2)The standards of the annual report are not uniform,the relevant laws and regulations have not yet been clearly defined,and each library has a different understanding of the content of the relevant laws and regulations;(3)the content of the annual report is not comprehensive,Unable to meet the needs of more people,the content is too data-based,lacks in-depth analysis,and the content may be "modified",which has no practical significance for the improvement of library work.Based on the above analysis,this study proposes improvement strategies for the annual report system of the public library in Henan Province from the four levels of system security,technical support,talent training,and social participation.
