| With the development of science and technology,scientific research output is no longer limited to scientific literature,and research data has become one of the important outputs in scientific research activities.The sharing of research data can not only reduce the research cost,but also promote the development and progress of scientific research.Taking research data sets in the field of biomedicine as an example,the whole genome sequencing data of viruses is of great significance in identifying pathogens in public health emergency and revealing pathogenic mechanisms of viruses.It shows that viral research data played an significant role in the public health response.The effective response to public health emergency depends on the shared of research data,the basic research and applied research driven by shared research data,and the knowledge transformation between basic research and applied research.This paper selects four typical public health incidents,and conducts related research with the shared virus scientific data in public health incidents as the research object.First of all,starting from the virus scientific data shared under public health incidents,three research models of "scientific data-basic research","scientific data-applied research" and "scientific data-basic research-applied research" have been constructed from the theoretical level..On this basis,the use frequency and time distribution of shared scientific data in journal documents and patent documents are used to analyze the utilization characteristics of shared scientific data;the bibliometric method is used to analyze the basic research and applied research driven by shared scientific data.Analyze the research direction;combine quantitative and qualitative methods to analyze the evolution of knowledge topics,cooperation and evolution of knowledge subjects in the process of knowledge flow based on shared scientific data.Through the above analysis,it is found that:(1)In the four public health incidents ranging from Ebola to COVID-19,the openness of sharing scientific data has gradually expanded,the timeliness of sharing scientific data has been significantly improved,and the speed of sharing scientific data has been significantly accelerated.(2)In the four public health incidents ranging from Ebola to COVID-19,the use of shared scientific data is on the rise,and the number of journal documents produced by scientific data-driven research is higher than that of patent documents.(3)The use of shared scientific data in the early stages of public health events is high.The scientific data shared in the early stage of the epidemic has a shorter time lag,and as the epidemic subsides or ends,the time lag of scientific data citation becomes longer.(4)Research driven by shared scientific data provides a solid theoretical foundation and effective countermeasures for public health incident response.The three different research models constructed in this study based on shared virus scientific data as a starting point provide new research ideas for the analysis and mining of scientific data and the study of knowledge flow.Analyze the utilization characteristics of scientific data in different document collections,so as to provide a theoretical basis for the management and maintenance of scientific data in public health events.Analyzing the knowledge flow chain based on shared scientific data can not only seek cooperation partners in scientific research activities under public health incidents in my country,but also provide a reference for the absorption and utilization of scientific papers in my country from the perspective of technological innovation. |
