Benefiting from the industrial background of the upgrading of intelligent technology, the consistent growth of market requirement, and the strongly support of policies, intelligent equipment is developing rapidly at an unprecedented speed and given rise to a new human-computer interaction patterns. The integration of functions, data and ecology among smart devices has not only been incorporated into an important development strategy of enterprises, but has also become the focus of academic research in the field of human-computer interaction. In the current cross-device interaction research, the high centrality and low density of cross-device interaction experience and design research indicate that the related theoretical system has important research value and great research potential. For the theoretical framework, research on the experience goals and experience influencing factors of cross-device interaction has not reached a consensus. For research methods, traditional GUI-based interactive experience research paradigms and evaluation methods are not suitable for cross-device interaction. For design methods, design methods based on user requirements research are also difficult to guide the design of cross-device interactions. In this thesis,we use a big data-based bibliometric approach to quantitatively analyze the literature related to cross-device HCI,to quickly obtain the research focus, trends, and key literature in the field, and to build a literature knowledge base for research. In the study, the concepts and features related to cross-device interaction context are linked by concept mapping, and a contextual framework for cross-device interaction is constructed based on key contextual dimensions to define the boundaries and key issues of cross-device interaction. Then, this thesis deduces the experience problems in the process of cross-device interaction with theoretical analysis and practical correction and summarizes them by card sorting.By proposing the corresponding cross-device interaction experience goals, the mapping relationship model between context, experience, and design and the experience framework of cross-device interaction is thus constructed.Further, the theoretical framework is applied to the design analysis and evaluation experiments of cross-device audio systems. Then,a design model based on cross-device interaction experience is proposed and design strategies are derived. Finally, the experience theory and design strategy are used to guide the interaction design and visual design practice of the cross-device audio play system. And the prototype experiments are conducted to evaluate the cross-device experience of the design. The feasibility and effectiveness of the cross-device interactive experience theory and design method are verified from the design case analysis, user experience evaluation and design output. In terms of theory, this thesis builds a theoretical framework related to cross-device interaction experience and establishes an academic research foundation for defining cross-device interaction context, analyzing cross-device interaction experience, and guiding cross-device interaction design. In terms of methods, this thesis proposes a set of design and design evaluation methods for cross-device interaction based on the experience perspective, which provides a reference method and process for future experience design in the field of cross-device interaction. In terms of application, this thesis applies the cross-device theories, models, and methods proposed in this thesis to design practice and case evaluation for the key cross-device context of audio play and control, and explores the cross-device interaction characteristics of smart devices in specific contexts, providing references for future design and development of smart devices.
