Social platforms enable entertainment star fan communities to be formed across regions,and point-to-point interaction chains are intertwined into a social network of fan communities,with the characteristic of "one call and one response".On the surface,the communication within the entertainment star fan community is decentralized,but the market environment,group psychology and other factors doom the fan community communication cannot truly achieve equality.Discussing the communication mechanism,problems and governance of the entertainment star fan community is conducive to restraining the bad communication atmosphere of the fan community.Entertainment star fan community communication mechanism can be divided into three categories.One is the community threshold mechanism,which ensures internal purity and order based on social identity,knowl edge reserve,and economic ability.The second is the internal identity mechanism,which transmits information that suits fans’ preferences,interprets stars in a differentiated way to highlight their irreplaceability in the industry,and conforms to mains tream discourses to actively rectify their names to shape community identity.The third is the discourse hegemony mechanism,which uses platform rules to improve its own discourse power and suppress the spread of heresy voices.The above transmission mechanism often brings about three problems.The first is to dispel the main body consciousness of fans.The emotions towards stars will become more paranoid,group conflicts within the community will become more frequent,and organizational behavior anomie is not uncommon.Secondly,the lack of a sense of borders crowds out the public discussion space,intensifies the atmosphere of online group confrontation,and is not conducive to the harmonious interaction of the Internet.Finally,it had an impact on the so cialist core value system,and some mainstream discourses became a tool for fans to decorate and package stars,and historical nihilism and fan nationalism emerged one after another.For the above problems,multi-party cooperation is required.First,in response to the misguided "traffic is king",it is necessary to increase the management of the industry chain,and it is necessary for stars to exert positive energy to guide fans.Second,in response to the phenomenon that destroys the ecology of online public opinion,it is necessary to restrict the fermentation of celebrity issues and actively spread public issues.Third,in response to the problem of fans’ excessive devotion to emotions,it is necessary to reshape fans’ self-consciousness,revitalize fans’ emotional attachment,and promote fans’ participation in public affairs. |
