| The 3D(Three-dimensional)virtual ATS(Automatic Test System)platform is a virtual experimental platform for automatic test systems under the Virtual Simulation Center for Electronics and Communication Systems of the University of Electronic Science and Technology,which can provide a virtual automatic test experimental environment with realistic effects.The platform uses the 3D interactive component function of Unity3 D game engine and C# programming language to realize the virtual simulation ATS in 3D perspective.Within the platform,it contains the necessary components such as virtual controller,virtual controller software,virtual excitation instrument,virtual measurement instrument and virtual measured parts.The virtual controller acts as the host computer,and uses the virtual controller software for resource management,instrument interchangeable characteristics management and configuration,and test program design support,the virtual excitation instrument for signal generation,the virtual measurement instrument for signal measurement,and the virtual DUT(Device Under Test)for the object under test.The thesis focuses on the simulation design research of the controller software and signal source in the virtual simulation environment,and the main work includes the following three points.(1)Virtual controller software function implementation.Through requirement analysis,the thesis completes the modular functional division of the software.In the virtual resource management software,the management and configuration of resources such as virtual programmable instruments and virtual simulation instrument drivers are realized in the platform,and the management and configuration of virtual programmable instrument program control functions and instrument driver characteristics are realized in the virtual simulation instrument drivers to realize support for automatic test experiments based on instrument drivers in the platform.(2)Virtual signal source function implementation.Through demand analysis,the thesis realizes the 3D model of virtual signal source and 3D interaction function,realizes the standard signal,arbitrary wave and modulated signal generation function,and realizes the instrument programmable function.(3)"IVI-based signal source programmable panel design" virtual simulation experiment implementation.The thesis designs and implements a virtual signal source programmable panel automatic test experiment based on the virtual simulation instrument driven by the platform.In the thesis,we design the experimental flow,provide modular experimental content,design and implement the experimental program design interface for the experimental content,call the virtual simulation instrument driver through the virtual signal source program control panel in the interface to realize the program control of the virtual signal source and carry out automatic test experiments.At present,the above components and virtual simulation experiments have been added to the 3D virtual ATS platform,which is packaged and released through Web GL.Students can enter the experimental platform through their computer browsers by entering the URL of the platform in the virtual simulation center to learn and practice the experiments of the automatic test system,master the course content,and develop the automatic test application capability. |
