| The rapid development of financial technology has provided strong technical means to support the digitalization process.As the government attaches great importance to the digital transformation of enterprises,the research and practice of data assets are receiving more and more attention.Managing the huge amount of data accumulated within a company has become an opportunity and a challenge for digital transformation.Taking G Securities Company as an example and taking data asset management as a logical thread,this paper systematically elaborates and analyzes the current situation of data asset management of G Company from multiple perspectives.Authoritative data asset management frameworks at home and abroad,as well as peers’ data asset management practices,provide development directions and implementation paths for data asset management in G-securities companies.With the help of management information system as the platform tool of data asset management,a data asset management system is customized for G Company,including but not limited to business requirement design and technical architecture design.At the same time,the corresponding management system is implemented to ensure that the data asset management system can really work.The operability and effectiveness of the data asset management system developed in this paper were finally verified.The significance of this paper is to use the construction of a data asset management system as a breakthrough in the digital transformation of enterprises to improve G’s market competitiveness.Realizing the digital transformation of securities companies can further enhance the industrial role of capital market in serving the market economy,which will have a more far-reaching impact. |
