With the continuous improvement of the demand for digitalization,informatization and intelligent production in China's industrial manufacturing industry,the application of industrial software in enterprise production has become more and more extensive,and its occupied position has become increasingly important.However,in the era of the Internet,the research on human-computer interface design has been in full swing,the design of human-computer interface for Chinese industrial software has not received due attention.The design level of industrial software interface is seriously backward.It does not match the emotional imagery of modern,high-tech,high-efficiency pursued by today's industrial manufacturing industry.On the one hand,this phenomenon will affect the work efficiency and user experience of the staff when operating the software,reduce the attractiveness of the relevant positions of the manufacturing enterprise,and on the other hand,the software will attract customers under the same technical level.The lack of ability is in an unfavorable situation in competition with foreign branded products.The research first expounds the theory of human-computer interaction interface design,and combines the characteristics of industrial software interaction interface,and summarizes the basic principles and evaluation methods of industrial software human-computer interaction interface design.On this basis,combined with the existing MES software interface to clear the function and analyze its existing problems.Through the research,the user characteristics analysis and work scenario analysis of the MES software are completed,the software interaction design and visual design of the MES are completed,and the usability test evaluation of the interface interaction scheme is carried out,and the improvement suggestions are put forward.The new design scheme realizes innovations such as clear functional areas,effective reminder feedback,visualization of information data,humanization of navigation guidance,and minimization of information pressure,improving user productivity and interactive experience,and completing human-computer interaction of MES software.Optimized upgrade of the interface.
