| Nowadays,with the continuous accumulation of the world IC industry and the vigorous development of the embedded industry,as well as the great demand of the LED display industry,the display screen composed of the LED of the inner sealed IC was born.This display screen composed of the LED of the inner sealed IC has simple peripheral driving circuit and less control lines,so it is more beautiful as a whole and has low comprehensive cost.Therefore,it has been widely used in the market,However,because the driving signal of the LED of each inner sealed IC is formed in series,when an LED is damaged,the signal will be interrupted,resulting in the failure of the rear led to normal display.The existing LED chips using six wire inner sealed IC are cascaded to form the display screen to realize the breakpoint continuous transmission function,but the LED using six wire inner sealed IC has large lamp bead volume,and the wiring on the six wire led cascaded display screen is relatively complex,This seriously affects the transparency of transparent LED display.Therefore,this thesis designs a transparent LED display system based on two-way data transmission according to the characteristics of the display screen composed of four line led beads of the sealed IC with two-way data transmission function.This display system matches the two-way LED display screen and mainly realizes the two-way driving function.Through the design of system hardware architecture and software and hardware driver,this thesis mainly designs sscu with FPGA as the main control chip in the driving part of the whole display system to complete the two-way zeroing code driving of LED display screen with two-way data transmission,Because each LED of the LED display screen with two-way data transmission is a four wire pin,the volume is small,and the breakpoint continuous transmission of the display screen can also be realized under the characteristics of two-way driving of the driving system,which effectively solves the problem of insufficient transparency of the LED display screen caused by setting six wire LED chips for cascade to realize breakpoint continuous transmission,Moreover,the transparent LED display system based on two-way data transmission designed in this thesis can also drive the subsequent six wire led chip with two-way data transmission function.This combination can make the breakpoint continuous transmission function of LED transparent display more powerful.Therefore,the display system designed in this thesis has good scalability and versatility.The system mainly introduced and designed in this thesis is mainly composed of host computer software mapping address part,MCU main controller,SCU sub controller and sscu core drive controller.The overall framework is that the host computer software part maps the source video number according to the cascade order of LEDs on the display screen to generate address point data,and then transmits the address point data to MCU main controller,The main controller MCU transmits the video data to the SCU sub controller through the optical fiber module according to the address point data.The SCU sub controller also receives the data through the optical fiber module,then cascades and transmits the received data to the sscu core drive controller.Finally,the sscu drives the transparent LED display screen with two-way data transmission function through two-way zeroing code to realize breakpoint continuous transmission.In this thesis,the feasibility of the overall architecture of the system is verified through functional simulation.At the same time,the existing development board is selected.Based on the software and hardware architecture designed in this thesis,the two-way drive of transparent LED display screen for two-way data transmission is realized through the compilation of hardware programs and the completed hardware circuit units,It is verified that the system can realize the correctness and feasibility of breakpoint continuous transmission when driving the transparent LED display screen of two-way data transmission. |
