With the application of Industrial Internet technology in the construction of Digital Oilfield,the development of industrial APP for oil solid control system by using Virtual Instrument technology and Configuration technology is an important part of Digital Oilfield construction.With the support of school-enterprise cooperation project,the paper focuses on the oil solid control system(drilling fluid shale shaker)and builds a multi-physical quantity test system for oil drilling fluid shale shaker based on Virtual Instrument technology and Configuration technology through modular development of hardware and software platforms.The system has many functions such as data acquisition,cloud data forwarding,remote online monitoring and historical data call.The main research contents are as follows:(1)The overall scheme design of the multi-physical quantity test system.Taking drilling fluid linear shale shaker(ZS3/Z2-01)and elliptical shale shaker(GW-S1)as objects,the structural composition and working principle of drilling fluid shale shaker are analyzed,and a kinematics model is established to conduct theoretical research on multi-physical quantities.Through the analysis of the test system requirements and the overall architecture of the system,the overall scheme of the multi-physical quantity test system for drilling fluid shale shaker is designed by using Virtual Instrument technology and Configuration technology,which provides specific technical indicators for the hardware and software development of the test system.(2)Development of virtual prototype function modules of test system.The key sensors of the test system are selected,the signal conditioning module and data acquisition module and their wiring methods are developed,then the hardware platform of the test system is developed.Based on the Virtual Instrument technology,the login module,data acquisition module,interface module and data communication module of the host computer are developed in the Lab VIEW development environment.Based on the Industrial Internet technology(Configuration),the functional layers of the cloud configuration are developed in the One NET cloud platform development environment,and the software platform of the test system is developed.(3)Virtual prototype system construction and practical application.In order to further verify the use of the developed multi-physical quantitiy test system for drilling fluid shale shaker in practical engineering application,the Lance LC01 piezoelectric acceleration sensor,magnetic suction temperature sensor,LC0201 signal transmitter,USB5935 data acquisition card,host computer,cloud configuration and industrial APP client are used to complete the construction and debugging of the system,and analyze the application performance of the host comuputer and cloud configuration in practical application.In practical application,the system has realized many functions such as data acquisition,data analyzing and processing,data storage,historical data call,cloud data forwarding,multi-device access,identity authentication,remote online monitoring,application secondary development and expansion and alarm prompt,which has engineering application value.
