Abstract/Summary:
As a critical part of military,radar is a key point of research and development of every country.The application of radar,meanwhile,is getting more and more closed with normal life.Radar turntable,a part of radar,affects the effect and property of a radar.Based on the development of a two-dimentional radar turntable,this thesis designs three parts including a control system cricuit in a radar servo control system,a FPGA interface program and a DSP algorithm.First,an overall design scheme of a servo control system is designed targeting the functions required by the radar turntable.By means of a brief introduction and analysis of the mechanical structure of the turntable,this thesis accomplishes the load calculation and the selection of electrical components and designs plans of the controller circuit,the FPGA interface program and the DSP software.Then,the controller circuit is designed and developed.With the analysis of each peripheral device attached to the control system,chip selection for every part of the system is completed and the PCB cricuit board of the controller is designed.With regard to the single function of the servo control system,this design introduces two cricuits as backup interfaces which convert other modes of communication to Ethernet communication.Next,a FPGA interface program is designed.The program is developed by analyzing principles of interfaces of each peripheral device and achieves data exchange between peripheral devices and the controller with timing simulation and with the avoidance of timing problems that might appear in the program.After that,the control system software is developed.By analyzing the required function of the control system,this thesis designs a PID control-based closed loop of the control system and completes the design of basic function modules of DSP and the algorithmic development of the motor module of the turntable.Genetic algorithm,which optimizes parameters,is introduced in this thesis to solve the complicated and inefficient optimization of parameters in conventional PID control.The algorithm is proved by simulation to be able to find ideal parameters of the system to meet the control requirements.Last,the turntable is debuggd and the circuit of Ethernet communication is verified.On the basis of the debugging of the control board,peripheral interfaces and communication function,the control parameter of the control system is debugged so that the closed loop performance meets the requirement of the system.The motor function of the turntable is tested and found to reach the estimated indicators.
