| Since 2020,with the rapid growth of podcasts,audio news has become the new way for media to regain subscribers.It has become a trend for more and more news organizations and experienced media people to launch news podcasts on clients or integrated audio platforms,jointly promoting the development of audio news.However,the development of domestic audio news is still in the initial stage,and the program quantity,content quality and service quality of audio news platform need to be improved.In order to promote the development of audio news and the transformation of journalism in China,this study analyzes the motivation and behavior of users of audio news,and discusses the factors that affect the continuance intention of users of audio news,and how each factor affects each other.And analyze whether users’ use motivation is more instrumental oriented or social oriented.The research takes audio news users as the research object,and uses the methods of in-depth interview and questionnaire survey.This research is based on Model of The extended Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology(UTAUT2)proposed continuance intention,performance expectation,hedonic motivation,facilitating conditions,Social impact and effort expectations,and adds two variables,knowledge anxiety and information quality.On this basis,the specific research hypothesis is put forward,and the influencing factor model of audio news users’ continuous behavior intention is finally constructed.After the questionnaire was collected,SPSS25.0 and AMOS26.0 were used to analyze the data.It is found that performance expectation,hedonic motivation and facilitating conditions have a direct positive impact on users’ continuance intention.Effort expectation,information quality and knowledge anxiety have positive effects on users’ continuance intention through the mediation of performance expectation;performance expectation,Social impact and facilitating conditions have a positive impact on users’ continuance intention through the intermediary of hedonic expectation;Among them,the hedonic motivation factor has the most significant impact on users’ continuance intention,indicating that the motivation of audio news users is more social oriented.Finally,based on the results of in-depth interview and data analysis,combined with the reality of the development of audio News in China,this study puts forward relevant suggestions for audio news platforms and content providers,including improving content quality and grasping user needs;Promote the development of podcasts and enhance user participation;Make full use of technology to extend user perception;Improve platform performance and optimize user experience;Give full play to the advantages of the community and promote in-depth interaction among users.From a theoretical point of view,this paper combines qualitative and quantitative research methods to increase the reliability of the research,enrich the research in the field of audio news users,and broaden the application scope of the unified theory of technology acceptance and use.From a practical point of view,this study puts forward relevant suggestions and measures for audio news platforms and content providers,which has reference value for the development of audio news and the transformation and upgrading of news industry. |
