The new ideological and political curriculum standard emphasizes the construction of the active subject curriculum,which combines the discipline logic with the practice logic,and the theoretical knowledge with the life concern.The core of the theory of meaningful learning is to pay attention to students’ cognitive structure and to cultivate students’ ability to transfer and apply knowledge,which coincides with the concept of the new ideological and political curriculum standard.Under the guidance of the theory of meaningful learning and taking the ideological and political course of senior high school as the research object,this paper aims to explore the teaching strategies of applying the theory of meaningful learning to the ideological and political course of senior high school,and to improve the teaching effectiveness of the ideological and political course.This paper first expounds the relevant basic theories of meaningful learning,on the basis of which through observation and questionnaire analysis of the application of meaningful learning in senior high school ideological and political lessons achieved results and existing problems.In view of the problems existing in the present situation of ideological and political teaching in senior high school,this paper combines the characteristics of meaningful learning with the characteristics of ideological and political teaching in senior high school,starting from three dimensions: before class,during class and after class,put forward the teaching strategies of meaningful learning applied to senior high school ideological and political lesson: use the forerunner strategy to activate the students’ known before class;using gradual differentiation and comprehensive through strategy in class to improve students’ knowledge transfer and application ability;using consolidation strategy after class to ensure effective promotion of students’ development.In order to provide some valuable suggestions for the ideological and political teaching in senior high school.
