Evaluation And Research On The High-Quality Development Of Rural Sports Tourism Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

The report of the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward: "Promote the effective improvement of quality and reasonable growth of the economy." Complete,accurate and comprehensive implementation of the new development concept,adhere to the theme of promoting high-quality development."As an emerging industry,rural sports tourism plays an important role in adjusting the rural industrial structure,promoting industrial upgrading and realizing rural revitalization.At present,with the support of the state and the government,the high-quality development of rural sports tourism has achieved significant economic benefits.However,in certain areas,there are problems such as insufficient development momentum and low efficiency for high-quality industrial development.As the theme of the development of the times,"high-quality development" has brought a new development orientation to rural sports tourism,which plays an important guiding role in solving current problems,and also provides a new perspective for the research of the paper.Starting from the background of rural revitalization,this paper combines theoretical foundations such as high-quality development perspective,new development concept,sustainable development theory,and collaborative governance theory.Using Delphi method and analytic hierarchy method,38 specific indicators from five aspects of innovative development,coordinated development,green development,open development and shared development were constructed,and the comprehensive score of high-quality development of rural sports tourism in Qianjiadian Town,Yanqing District was evaluated by linear weighting,and it was evaluated.The results show that the evaluation index system of high-quality development of rural sports tourism is constructed,among which there is one target level indicator:high-quality development of rural sports tourism.There are five indicators at the system level: innovative development,coordinated development,green development,open development,and shared development.There are 22 indicators at the indicator level.4 innovative development items of rural sports tourism: the number of 4A scenic spots,the ratio of rural sports tourism income to investment,the number of tourism professionals,and the research and development of new sports tourism projects;There are five coordinated development items of rural sports tourism: the ratio of cost to benefit of scenic spots,the degree of infrastructure improvement,the proportion of added value of sports tourism to GDP,the degree of standardization of scenic spot services,and the degree of government support.There are 4 green development items of rural sports tourism: green coverage area of scenic spots,PM2.5emission content,number of public toilets,and rural household waste treatment rate.There are 5 items of opening up and development of rural sports tourism: the number of tourists received,tourist satisfaction,the popularity and influence of scenic spots,sports tourism practitioners,and the coordinated development of surrounding industries.There are 4 shared development items of rural sports tourism: per capita income of rural residents,resident participation,number of farm stays,and resident Engel coefficient.Using the above index system to evaluate the development of rural sports tourism in Qianjiadian Town,Yanqing District,Beijing,the results show that:(1)under the background of high-quality development,rural sports tourism in Qianjiadian Town,Yanqing District,Beijing has been enriched in resources,ecological benefits and economic benefits,but the level of high-quality development is not high;(2)The high-quality development of rural sports tourism in the region has obvious differences,and combined with the overall score,rural sports tourism in Qianjiadian Town has reached a high level in green development,but has not reached a high level in other aspects,and the scores of innovative development,coordinated development and shared development are low;(3)The score of high-quality development of rural sports tourism in the region is low and the balance is poor.Combined with high-quality development,the paper puts forward corresponding suggestions: establish and improve relevant systems,improve management policies,improve infrastructure construction,consolidate industrial foundation,and explore rural sports industry integration Together,highlight industrial characteristics,strengthen education,and attach importance to the cultivation of sports tourism talents.
