In recent years,China ’s reform at the level of physical education has become extremely urgent.As a part of the physical education system,physical education teachers play an important role in promoting the work of the whole system.The improvement of their quality level has improved the level of physical education from the internal development.Career maturity is a measure of a person ’s career development level.Studying its development law helps to strengthen the ability of individual students to obtain employment after graduation and promote the cultivation of students ’ career development in colleges and universities.Based on the mediating effect theory,this study improves and supplements the research content related to students ’ career maturity,and strengthens the longitudinal research in this field.This study conducted a random sampling of colleges and universities based on physical education majors,and conducted a questionnaire survey on students majoring in physical education.Using the ’ social adaptability diagnostic scale ’,’ college students ’career decision-making self-efficacy scale ’,’ physical education teacher career maturity scale ’ and self-made ’ demographic index questionnaire ’ as measurement tools,a total of750 questionnaires were collected in this survey,and 679 valid questionnaires were finally screened.Using IBM SPSS Statistics 23 and other statistical analysis software to explore the relationship between social adaptability,career decision-making self-efficacy and career maturity of physical education students.The following are the main conclusions :1.The social adaptability,career decision-making self-efficacy and career maturity level of students majoring in physical education are in the upper middle state.2.In the basic personal situation,boys ’ social adaptation and career decision-making self-efficacy perform better;the higher the level of education,the better the performance of students ’ career decision-making self-efficacy and career maturity.3.In the basic situation of family,students living in cities and towns perform better in the overall level of career decision-making self-efficacy and career maturity;career decision-making self-efficacy students with stable family environment,the overall level is better.4.In campus life,the overall level of social adaptability and career maturity of students who have participated in paid social practice is relatively high.The overall level of career decision-making self-efficacy and career maturity of students with superior academic performance is relatively high.5.The relationship between social adaptability and career decision-making self-efficacy is positively correlated;the relationship between social adaptability and career maturity is positively correlated;the relationship between career decision-making self-efficacy and career maturity is positively correlated.6.Social adaptability has a significant effect on career decision-making self-efficacy and career maturity;career decision-making self-efficacy has a significant effect on career maturity.7.Career decision-making self-efficacy plays a partial mediating role in the effect of social adaptability on career maturity.According to the theory of intermediary effect model,taking the students majoring in physical education as the object,this paper discusses the influencing factors of career maturity from the perspectives of social adaptability and career decision-making self-efficacy,and probes into its internal rules,so as to provide effective practical suggestions for the cultivation of reserve talents of physical education teachers.
