Research On The Construction Of Ice Hockey Training System For Teenagers In Jilin Province From The Perspective Of Sports Education Integration

The successful holding of the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics shows that the development of China’s ice and snow sports has reached a new height in history.Among them,ice hockey,as the "pearl in the crown" of ice and snow sports,has gradually become the main force of ice hockey participation due to the continuous increase in the support of China’s ice and snow policy.The study found that under the policy background of integration of sports and education,in recent years,the state and local governments have taken many measures to promote the leapfrog development of traditional hockey schools and youth hockey training clubs.As one of the provinces with solid foundation and strong strength in ice and snow sports in China,Jilin Province has a high enthusiasm for youth ice hockey participation and strong competitive strength.In order to explore the construction path of the youth ice hockey training system in Jilin Province,and thus provide a paradigm for the popularization and development of ice hockey nationwide,this study collected relevant information on the development of youth ice hockey training in Jilin Province by using the grounded theory,in the form of interviews and field research,and based on the operability process of the grounded theory,"open coding-spindle coding-selective coding",It analyzes,summarizes and refines the 31 primary categories,13 categories and 4 main categories of the mechanism of the youth ice hockey training system in Jilin Province.According to the three-level codes obtained from the grounded theory,through the dimensional analysis and the characteristic feedback of the codes at all levels,the following research results are obtained: the composition of the main organization,the characteristics of teaching competition and training,the construction of teachers’ ability and the supply of supporting services are the basic and core factors of the youth hockey training system in Jilin Province under the perspective of the integration of sports and education,which are reasonable and scientific.In addition,by analyzing the logical relationship between the various categories,a linkage coupling model of the youth ice hockey training system in Jilin Province is constructed.Based on this analysis,the following path strategies are proposed:(1)Adhere to cooperation and joint construction,and implement the main responsibility.Government departments: adhere to overall planning and guidance,and strengthen implementation supervision;Social organization: optimize the development structure and improve the operation ability;Schools and clubs: establish mutual understanding and speed up the circulation of resources;(2)Optimize resource allocation and tap market potential.Set up special funds to reduce participation costs;Improve basic facilities and create brand services;Increase the promotion and guide the consumption concept.(3)Build a characteristic training system and establish a talent selection system.Respect individual differences and improve teaching and training contents;Perfect the competition system and reasonably arrange the training intensity;Establish the selection system and improve the social security system for athletes.(4)Strengthen the ability of teachers and strictly supervise teaching.Improve professional level and build excellent training team;Establish the consciousness of reflection and continuously improve the teaching quality;Standardize industry standards and clarify the responsibility system.This study studies the construction path of the youth ice hockey training system in order to provide theoretical reference and discussion direction for the future promotion and development of the youth ice hockey in Jilin Province under the background of the integration of sports and education.
